  Cheryl is Disrespectful! Find new and improved workers. I will be contacting corporate! I tried calling fox ridge and Cheryl steady answers the phone and hangs up. I then had someone call for me to see if it was just my phone. She answered the call but then proceeded to hang up on them as well. She is very unprofessional and rude.

  Amazing new management in place! Love the facility and would highly recommend for loved ones. Feel welcomed the second you walk in the door!

  Foxridge Chenal should stop calling themselves an assisted living facility. It was fine (but expensive) when my dad first moved in 6 years ago. However, fairly recently he required assistance with getting dressed & down to meals & had incontinence issues. Instead of helping him get down to the dining room, they just dropped his trays off in his room. I once visited him & he had his breakfast, lunch & dinner trays all sitting there. They didn’t bother to wake him up & just left him in there. There is so much more for me to complain about. It seems to me that administration only wants people that can pay & don’t need any assistance. I left messages with Katie the administrator multiple times & she very rarely called me back. The Director of nursing was rude to my dad & very unprofessional with us. However, through the 6 years he was there, he had several very nice nurses. We now have dad in another facility & they are so much more attentive & caring. Just beware if your loved one needs any assistance you may want to look elsewhere.

  My parents looked at living here a few years ago. When we were touring, all they were worried about was how much money my parents were worth. I found that very disturbing. They were more worried about income than well being. When I told them no thank you,, i got harrassed for the next 2 months. The conversations were all about net worth. If you can pay the rent, that's all that should have mattered.

  It's the nicest place to spend your twilight years. Good food, bar, movie theater, salon, pool and a hot tub. My grandma likes it. Had dinner with my grandma this last Friday and it was catfish day. It was really good and everyone likes the salad bar.
