- MMMary MaconFeb 27, 20191.0If you’re looking for a daycare that will follow your child’s dietary needs then this is NOT the daycare for you. My children had dietary needs that is listed on all of their paperwork but this unorganized daycare still gave my children food that they aren’t supposed to have. When I addressed the owner (Margret) and the teacher who gave it to them (Alyssa) about the situation. They were not sympathetic about the situation and didn’t even apologize. Instead Mrs. Margret blame my children for not asking her about what they were eating although my kids asked their teacher (Ms. Alyssa) and she told them that they could eat it because it was in fact something they could eat. Then Mrs. Margret raise her voice at me about how she was not going to discuss why I was upset with the daycare about not following my children dietary needs. She then told my kids to not eat anything else that they served if they were going to complain or have a problem with it. She said that I was the ONLY parent aside from "those muslims" (and yes, those were her exact words) who didn't want their kids to eat Pork. This was absolutely unprofessional on her part as the owner and as a business that’s supposed to be servicing parents and children. My children were sick and had diarrhea after they ate what they gave them. Also, there employee turnover rate is ridiculous. My youngest child was only in the daycare for 7 months and he went through five different teachers. I feel like that tells you a lot about a place if you can’t keep the same people. All in all I pulled all of my children from this unorganized daycare. Since babies and toddlers really can’t communicate I feel like they do a lot of things behind parents back without them knowing. I don’t understand how this daycare has lasted so long with the way it is being ran. So please look for another daycare if you want to find somewhere that would respect your wishes.
