- MGMark GalatiSep 23, 20255.0Who was in this particular building that my life changed! I felt the Holy Ghost before many years ago in regards to the savior's birth and was compelled inspired really to believe that the story was true. I felt the same feeling when the two missionaries elder Brown and elder McCann came to my home and shared the message. I was very intrigued I didn't throw them away. I wasn't religious but I wasn't anti-religious. Instead I knew the basics of the gospels and of all of the biblical teachings but I was very impressed with the knowledge I was getting when I was introduced to the Book of Mormon. Once again the Holy Ghost let's hold me many years ago that Jesus was in fact special that he was someone that I needed to follow. I felt that Spirit again and I started to read the book of Mormon along with the Bible and I realized that these two nations talked the same gospel from Jesus Christ. I was never more pleased to learn about something like this and for the first time I became truly in a great need for the gospel and I studied the gospel as much as I could every single day and I continued to study and learn. I eventually read the Bible more than once and to make sure that I understood the Book of Mormon I read it quite a few times more and was glad to know that it was true and that the doctrines we're absolutely true Now of course to understand these things for yourself you must be able to have an open heart to learn about things about other nations who knew of Christ who testified and who saw the Star of Bethlehem who also Actually witnessed him visit them in a resurrection form. If you are looking for the truth of the Gospel in a greater clarity then you need to look into the Book of Mormon because it will testify of the Bible and will reveal those things that were left out of the Bible because of the councils of Nicea and the many arguments that took place during the rise of the Holy Roman empire. You're having a father wants you to be fully informed of all the doctrines of his son and some of these doctrines are specific in regards to the fall of Adam and Eve and to the reason why Jesus Christ performs the atonement for the human race. You must have a lot of questions and I say to you don't hesitate to ask those questions and make those missionaries give you all the answers make sure they actually take the time to answer every one of your questions because you deserve to know. You're going to love them because they're your friends and I was ones just like them so I can tell from personal experience that this is a true invitation to you to hear the word god.
