  Our girls just started at Bright Harbor, and the transition has gone incredibly smoothly. Ms. Amanda has been wonderful with communication and has played such an important role in helping our infant acclimate to daycare. Our toddler has also absolutely loved being in Ms. Hollie’s class. She’s excited to go to school to play and see her friends. We’re so grateful for the care and support from the team.

  I started sending my child here about two weeks ago, and as a first-time daycare parent, I was naturally nervous about how she would adjust to a new environment. She is just 12 months old and had never been in childcare before, so this transition felt big for both of us. Miss Maddie has been absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make my child feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed from day one. I’ve already seen such a positive difference in how easily my child settles in, and that reassurance means everything as a parent. I’m truly grateful for the care, patience, and attention she provides. The only thing I am concerned about is they don’t have alternative available for vegetarian children. And I have to send protien based alternative to substitute on meat days. So one star less for that. Other than that I am happy with the care they are providing.

  We have been sending our child(ren) to Bright Harbor for almost 3 years now, and have always been so pleased with the center's spacious classrooms and cleanliness. The teachers and center directors in the last year-year and a half especially have been incredible for our kids. We have always been greeted by name from walking in the front door to each of their classrooms -- even teachers that are not our child's teacher say hello to them by name. If I ever have a question or a need, admin is quick to respond to my email or phone call and are very polite. Haley and Michelle have been such a blessing! We have had phenomenal in-class experiences with Ms. Hollie, Ms. Julie, Ms. Cierra, Ms. Sienna, Ms. Audrie, Ms. Mallory, Ms. Alex, Ms. Debbie, Ms. Angie.... Our toddler has even mentioned how she misses those that have moved elsewhere! Our kids are excited to go to school and see these teachers everyday. Their genuine care, kindness, and patience with the kids is noticed, and it means the world.

  Our family has been happy with our experience at Bright Harbor. While there was some teacher turnover in the fall, the administrators were transparent and communicative during the transitions. The teachers genuinely care about the kids, and Ms Amanda, Ms Lezley, and Ms Grace have been so kind and supportive of our little one, sharing updates and pictures throughout the day and making us feel confident that she's in good hands.

  We absolutely love the Starfish classroom! Miss Greenlee is beyond patient, nurturing, and truly wonderful with our son — you can tell she genuinely cares about each child. She shares daily pictures and updates, which means so much to us and makes us feel connected and confident in his day. We are incredibly grateful for the love, communication, and positive energy she brings to the classroom!
