  This place takes such good care of me. From the nurses to the dining staff a long with the activities it just doesn't get any better here. I feel safe and happy here.

The staff members were consistently kind, patient, and respectful, taking the time to engage with residents in a way that felt genuine rather than routine. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and safe environment. Common areas were inviting and encouraged social interaction, while private rooms offered a sense of independence and dignity. I also noticed a variety of activities available, which seemed to cater to different interests and helped keep residents active and engaged. One of the most reassuring aspects was the attentiveness of the caregiving team.   Wonderful place for those assisted living and memory care needs. My mom was over there for a year and a half. The staff never failed to take care of her or alert me when health related issues arose. They were kind, attentive and they never failed to tell me how much they loved tending to her needs. I can't recommend Merrill Gardens at Madison enough. They did a great job.

  My father-in-law was a resident of Merrill Gardens in Madison for four years. He loved the facility! All the staff were always so kind and helpful. My FIL was very happy with the care and attention that he received. All the residents seemed happy and cheerful. Our family would highly recommend Merrill Gardens to anyone considering an assisted living facility for their loved one!
