  I’ve never been to Truewood but I’ve heard so many wonderful things about this facility. Can’t wait to get the opportunity to visit.

  My dad had been a resident in the memory care unit at Truewood for the last 14 months. He had been at a previous facility that was a nightmare. The moment we first visited Truewood, we knew this would be a wonderful experience for us & my father. From the nurses, caregivers & administration, they have looked after every need my father has needed. We are always informed of any changes (medical & other) that arise & communication with the family is A+. We cannot express enough how much we appreciate the care of my father. It sure makes life easier knowing he is cared for & this gives me peace of mind. B. Young

  My mother has been in memory care at Truewood (Riverchase) for nearly 4 years. The RNs(Lisa,Karen,Leigha) for this community are the best. The activities director is a gem. Support staff are helpful and kind to the residents.

  The covered entrance to the front entrance is roped off. They should make repairs and reopen.

  The memory care at Truewood as given amazing care to my mom. The staff has gone above and beyond and has been such support for our family as well. I would highly recommend their memory care to anyone looking for a loving place for their family.
