Canceling your membership is quite a process that involves disputing charges with your bank. Ask me how I know.

Alabaster has a great gym with all the machines I need. But, a major drawback is that a lot of young teenage people are there and tie up machines by doing 1 set of 10 and then sitting on each machine looking at their cell phone for ten or fifteen minutes blocking access. I ask a kid to let me work in while he was looking at his phone and he said I'm using it. Good quality gyms have rules about blocking machines just sitting there. I may have to join a better place because of all the people tying up half the machines all day as a cell phone hangout.

I know it is on me for paying it so put that aside. I pay 100$ a month with the priority being the steamroom. The men's steamroom is a hit or miss. More often then not a miss. I live 10 mins away but drive to pelham because of this issue. I just wish you all could fix the steamroom for good. It is always steam no heat, heat no steam, rarely is it both. Please resolve this issue for people that are paying good money for it.
Any update on steamroom?
