This Church body is a light to the people of Anchorage for God. Traditional and Contemporary work to blend well together here. The Christian Standard Bible, New American Standard Bible and the New International Version are used. Spacious Sanctuary for all to Worship Jesus Christ. Kids ministries and study groups a plenty. You will belong. Great family church. God is first here. Hence the name. Good music Good Preaching Good fellowship Bible believing Counter cultural Topical expositional preaching of the Word. Bold about sharing the gospel No gimmicks. Most importantly a response time for people to come to the cross. A big plus is the church is part of the Southern Baptist Convention.
