Please note that in order to control the spread of COVID-19, the following measures have been put into effect:
1. Please call ahead to be sure the HELP service centres are open for equipment loans,
2. Clients are asked to also call the service centres to book an appointment for equipment pickup or return drop-offs
3. In order to maintain social distancing, the doors to the HELP service centres will be locked during regular business hours and our teams will maintain the distance of two (2) metres or six (6) feet between themselves and others,
4. Consent forms will no longer be signed, rather clients will be asked for verbal consent and confirm their understanding for equipment use.
Customers generally enjoyed the food, noting it was fresh and tasty, although there were some complaints about specific items being cold or not prepared correctly.
