The staff is warm, professional, and communicates consistently with both my husband and me. We really appreciate how the app is kept up to date—it gives us peace of mind and a window into our daughter’s day. You can truly tell that the Center Director, Jodi, and Assistant Director, Mo, are passionate about their work and genuinely care for each and every child.

The soft music playing, while I enter center helps me feel calm dropping my daughter off. The music is so inviting. Makes my day. I was a new nervous parent, the thought of leaving my daughter with a stranger terrified me. The minute I met Sue at Pine Street KinderCare I became easily rested.! Sue has gone over and beyond to calm my new parent nerves. Sue took the time to reassure me, and encouraged me to reach out if I needed to.! I left that day knowing Sue will make sure my daughter is okay.! When my wife and I toured the Pine Street Center. We met Sue and she completed the tour. She answered all our questions and stated this statement. Sue said “your child is mine child when they are at my center.” This solidified our choice with picking Pine Street Location This is evident. Sue knows how my child and how her day goes, her favorite color, favorite animal. Sue creates a safe, fun learning environment and it is evident on how her center looks, her staff acts and how she responds to anything that we need from her. We are so blessed to have Sue be at Pine Street. I have NEVER worried about my daughters safety like I have before at another center. Pine Street KinderCare is a blessing, Sue is amazing and so is her staff. If you are looking for a daycare I would highly recommend this center.!

Kelly, the director, and Sam, the assistant director are extremely helpful and accessible for questions. The teachers are fantastic as well!! You can tell they truly love what they are doing and adapt to all the children's personalities and learning styles. KinderCare has definitely made a positive influence on our children growing up and we 100% trust them to care for our children. Keep up the great work!!
