To my knowledge the center does everything they advertise. I have a rambunctious 4 yr old and the center didn’t have the necessary resources to continue care for him. I had several meetings with the director and teachers to come up with a game plan and although they claimed nothing was working, I am unsure if it was actually done. That’s all cool and I understand but my biggest issue is that when the director agreed to give me a refund it’s taking longer than expected. I know if I owed money to the center it would have to be resolved immediately. I understand the process takes time but when I questioned the director about the situation she pretty much told me she didn’t process it yet. That was about a week ago and still no refund. A full two weeks of me waiting for my refund. If I don’t physically go to the center there’s no communication to resolve the issue. Overall I’m not happy with the service. Although i understand their point with discontinuing care for my son, I do not appreciate the inconvenience on the business side of the situation.

Just applied here and currently in the process of getting both of my babies into kindercare; felt so welcome by the staff love how many art projects these kids get to do and the big spacious rooms as well that they provide. Trying to find a safe daycare that genuinely cares for your children's emotional and physical needs is so important and kindercare is just that! I already cant wait for them start in January .

As a first time mom sending my child to daycare was by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do and I will be honest, the first couple of weeks were rough. However, I did speak with the director about my concerns and she immediately rectified them and since then we have had nothing but an amazing experience. My 7 month old son absolutely adores Ms. Kim and Ms. Shaunice and seeing him light up when he sees them makes my momma heart so happy. They truly do care for him like he’s one of their own and it makes going to work so much easier for me. The other teachers that fill in when his teachers are not there make sure they are doing everything they can to meet and understand his needs and I’m confident that he is always in good hands.

Disappointed is not even a strong enough word to explain our experience here. 1. In the month and a half at the daycare, we were asked to either keep home our baby or pick up our child early due to lack of staffing 5 times . I completely understand everyone is struggling with staffing. But we had a teacher we loved and suddenly one day she was gone. Apparently she had given notice A WEEK BEFORE and we were never made aware we were losing her. 2. Our LO struggles with spitting up. We were working with our pediatrician and came up with an action plan. We conveyed the info to our teacher. We found out the teachers were over feeding him. Having to warm up 2 bottles at one time, and then told us he was still spitting up. He was also then eating all his food too early and I had to leave work early because he would not have enough food to last him the rest of the day. 3. He came home wearing other diapers and cream we did not provide. Our LO has sensitive skin and we are careful on when we put on him. When asked about the cream I found after school, teacher K (his main teacher) was unsure and said it must have been the morning teacher. 4. And the most upsetting and the reason we pulled him. Upon looking at a picture the school sent via the app, they had my son in a sleep sack outside on the buggie in a sleep sack in 80° weather. Director L says she wished we had discussed these issues when they were happening and was sad to see us leave. My husband and I reached out multiple times on the app, they admitted to never reading the messages. We called and talked to both his teacher and director to discuss every single one of our concerns. I was already hesitant to leave my child anywhere, and this definitely did not help.
