- MMMelanieJan 22, 20243.0I mean no disrespect by anymeans but I didn't like the fact that when I call in the mid afternoon/evening and ask how my daughter is doing an the lady couldn't give me an answer because she just got there a few hours ago. I think that when they do shift changes the people that come on need to be updated on that days events and on the kiddos. There's a few more issues I had but I won't make public..
