  Our experience at this center with the Preschool and Pre-K rooms have been absolutely amazing. You can really see the teachers care about your child and are taking the best care of them. The director is helpful and prompt to answer any concerns. We love this center and would definitely recommend!

  4-month infant started in September 2024, very disappointed with service and quality, seems to be a management issue. Staff that were consistent (Kenzie and Bella) were great teachers, the randoms were not great and would attest the problems to being with management. 1. Weren’t ready for us on day one, we did not know what to bring or what to do, and no space for baby when we got there. Said they were too full and expected someone to leave soon, had 9 babies in classroom 2. No paperwork was asked to be filled out until two weeks after starting 3. Continued issue with turnover in the classroom and new people that we’ve never met almost daily 4. Multiple occasions of baby being covered in spit up and not attended to when picked up 5. First hand witness of teacher snatching a baby out of crib by one arm 6. Heard teachers in other classrooms screaming at kids 7. First hand witness of our baby left on the floor with a bottle propped up to feed herself, while a teach was sitting in a chair scrolling on social media 8. Logged inaccurate feeding amounts and types, weren’t sure who formula she was getting as we only had breast milk and logged feeding as formula 9. 4 month infant came home with new scratches and red marks on face and neck nearly every day, shouldn’t be the case for a well attended infant 10. Several people seen everyday camped at the front without helping around the facility (management). 11. Classroom very unkept with misc items everywhere and very dirty looking chairs and crib sheets

  We are very happy with Muskego KC! Clean facility with friendly and caring staff. As a bonus to the daily learning, the different activities planned are so great. Like a magic show, or visits from a zoo keeper. So fun to see the pictures thru the day as well!

  We couldn’t have asked for a better daycare for our daughter to go to! She gets excited every morning we drop her off, runs in and gives whoever is doing intake a big hug and gladly walks back to her classroom with them. You can also tell how much each of the employees love the kids and enjoy what they do. They also do a great job providing photos, videos and updates throughout the day. Their facility is also top of the line and they take great care of it too. We especially love their big gym, each of the age appropriate outdoor play areas and their outdoor splash pad!
