I do not wish to share the details but I will say that this daycare doesn’t have cameras in classrooms so if an incident occurs it becomes impossible to confirm what happened. We were not notified about the incident and only received an explanation (that changed a few times) after finding evidence that something occurred and confronting the staff.

What stands out most is that almost everyone, from teachers to management, knows each child by name, which makes the kids feel special and at home. They also do a great job organizing parent–child events that foster additional bonding beyond the classroom. Communication is always clear and responsive, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. Most importantly, the kids have fun while feeling safe, comfortable, and cared for. I highly recommend Primrose to any family looking for a nurturing environment.
