  I was in a bad position with our now previous provider. Miss Allison heard me, validated my concerns & gave me hope that there’s still providers who truly care for the children. I was nervous to switch them but I took a leap of faith. It has been the most heartfelt experience. My children are HAPPY! The daily updates, pictures and communication makes me feel safe. I know that when I’m away from my cubs they are in wonderful hands. I appreciate the staff entirely for being patient, understanding and loving for my children. Best decision we have made. I feel worry free. Thank you KinderCare.

  This daycare center has been by far the best center I have encounter in the 17 years of me being a mother. I have a 4 year old boy and 1 year old girl that attends this center. The employee hold high standards and remind professional at all times. They care about the children well being and safety. They have a structured learning curriculum for each class rooms. My little girl loves Ms. Becky and Ms.Kellie. I know when I drop her off and I see no tears but all smiles I know she comfortable and is left in good hands. Ms. Allison and Ms. Andrea are very understanding and friendly. I love how they are so compassionate about how the center is ran and how they hold it up to standards. The whole covid situation was tough on all of us, but they did the best the can with cleanness and the safely of not only the staff but the children as well. I am glad that I found such a caring loving place for my children to attend daily.

  I am going to start off by saying that the center is AMAZING!!! I have two children 1 and 3 and they absolutely love it. My children have been to about 3 different centers before they went to KinderCare, and this center has by far exceed my expectations. The staff are very caring, professional, creative, and respectable. They treat my children as if they are family. Family is one thing I truly value, and I am so happy me and my boys found a center who carry's our same values. By the way, curriculum is impeccable. My son comes home with new phrases all the time!!! If you're looking for an awesome center in the Falls area. This is it!!!

  My daughter has attended Main St KinderCare for over a year now. We LOVE her teacher and so does our daughter. She talks about her teacher every day and even reenacts what she's learning at home. The staff is flexible, caring, and always keeping the child's best interest a priority. Whenever we have a concern or issue, we feel comfortable asking for help from our daughter's teacher and the directors.

  Director's kid bites other children n nothing happens. No one is held accountable and the issues continue. When asked you get the same response: Its 2 yrs old misbehaving and there is nothing they can do".
