Miss Allison heard me, validated my concerns & gave me hope that there’s still providers who truly care for the children. I was nervous to switch them but I took a leap of faith. It has been the most heartfelt experience. My children are HAPPY! The daily updates, pictures and communication makes me feel safe. I know that when I’m away from my cubs they are in wonderful hands. I appreciate the staff entirely for being patient, understanding and loving for my children. Best decision we have made. I feel worry free. Thank you KinderCare.

Being able to use the Kindercare App to easily communicate with the teachers and get real time updates helps me feel connected to my child even when I can’t be there. I really enjoy receiving photos showing me what he is learning everyday.I would absolutely recommend Allison and her staff as a quality child care provider.

I have a 4 year old boy and 1 year old girl that attends this center. The employee hold high standards and remind professional at all times. They care about the children well being and safety. They have a structured learning curriculum for each class rooms. My little girl loves Ms. Becky and Ms.Kellie. I know when I drop her off and I see no tears but all smiles I know she comfortable and is left in good hands. Ms. Allison and Ms. Andrea are very understanding and friendly. I love how they are so compassionate about how the center is ran and how they hold it up to standards. The whole covid situation was tough on all of us, but they did the best the can with cleanness and the safely of not only the staff but the children as well. I am glad that I found such a caring loving place for my children to attend daily.

Much of the staff that is there today has been there since we started and we truly appreciate the consistency. The recent move to the online reporting has been great: photos and live updates throughout the day is a nice way to feel connected even when at work. The team is always very responsive to any questions or concerns that we have had. When our last day at the center comes I am not sure who will miss it more, the kids or the parents. After this long much of the staff has become almost like family.
