Miss Allison heard me, validated my concerns & gave me hope that there’s still providers who truly care for the children. I was nervous to switch them but I took a leap of faith. It has been the most heartfelt experience. My children are HAPPY! The daily updates, pictures and communication makes me feel safe. I know that when I’m away from my cubs they are in wonderful hands. I appreciate the staff entirely for being patient, understanding and loving for my children. Best decision we have made. I feel worry free. Thank you KinderCare.

But it was 44 degrees but yet they had the babies outside for 15 minutes minimum. Edit : May14th,2024 . Picked my child up he had no shirt or pants on , all of the other kids did , there is always multiple pairs of clothes sent with him everyday , I asked why wasn’t he wearing a shirt or pants but the other kids were the lady said “she’s not sure but he was bundled up for nap time” I responded “why isn’t he wearing the extra set of clothes that was sent with him ?” She responded “I honestly don’t know why he’s not wearing any clothes” that’s very unprofessional of them . He had only a pamper on nothing else .

We have a 5,3,Newborn I want to say this team has done a great job at battling COVID-19 they stay in constant communication. I always see them cleaning when I pick up my kids that is a huge plus. My kids really enjoy the staff that is there. My kids are very comfortable with the staff. My two older kids always talked about there teachers when we out for a few week for our new addition. I just tried to think of flaws and just asked my wife and we sat here for 15 minutes and we could not think of one things. In addition as we sat and talked Allison and Andrea do an amazing job at interacting with our kids and taking the time to know them. This is the best KinderCare center in the area and our kids have been to Brookfield, Peawaukee and Premier Lane. Keep up the good work!

It doesn't get any better then that! The staff is caring and very understanding. They do such a great job with all the kids! There is NOT one bad thing I can say when it comes to Kindercare. I would recommend this daycare for anyone who is looking! They will treat your kids as if they were their own!
