  I contacted this KinderCare location to ask about two days of drop-in care while I was traveling for work. I was given tuition quotes over the phone by a staff member (not the director) and was told that the first step was to register my children online. After completing the registration, I received an email with a much higher tuition price, including additional registration fees that were never mentioned initially. After several conversations with the director, the tuition was adjusted closer to what I was originally quoted; however, by that point I had already received a better offer from another center. I was then informed that I would still be responsible for paying the registration fees because my children were “entered into the system,” despite the fact that I was following the instructions given to me by their employee. When I explained that I should have been provided accurate and complete pricing information before being told to register, I was told they would reach out to corporate to resolve it. Despite that, I later received a bill for the registration fee. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to inconsistent information, lack of transparency around pricing, and poor follow-through, which ultimately made me uncomfortable moving forward with care at this location and cost me an unnecessary registration fee.

  I LOVE THIS CENTER!!!!! 2025 was a rough transition into daycare for our family and we have had nothing but the BEST experience under Ms.Aaliyah at the northside location! She came in and completely changed the entire center for the better! She spent months rebuilding this center into what has become our new forever home! The staff is highly trained, detail oriented, compassionate, and trust worthy! As a first time mother of a 3 year old it was nerve wrecking putting her in daycare but this experience has been so amazing for both of us I cannot believe I didn’t enroll her sooner!!!! My favorite part of every day is her daily report with all of the fun things/photos she’s done throughout the day!!

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about this daycare! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely care about each child’s well-being especially the new director Aaliyah! It’s clear that this daycare is more than just a place to drop off your child, it’s a supportive community. My child looks forward to going every day, and that peace of mind as a parent is priceless. Highly recommended to any family looking for quality care and early education!

  Northside KinderCare is by far, the best daycare in Madison. I’m a foster parent, so my kiddos often have lots of late minute changes in their schedule. The director, Pam, and the teacher are ALWAYS so understanding and flexible. I know my kids are safe and well cared for when they are at KinderCare. That peace of mind is priceless. Not only does the staff provide amazing care to children....but they even care for me too! Just yesterday I locked my keys in my car while dropping the kids off and they were there for me to help. There is always someone to help carry my twin toddlers out to the car if my arms are full. Northside doesn’t just provide child care, they care for my whole family. Thank you Athena & Julia, thank you Antoinette, Toneshia, Drea and Eva for instilling a love of learning in our children. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
