  I had my 2 children there for a couple months last fall. We had a consistently uneasy feeling every time we dropped off and picked up our children at KinderCare. Our 3-year-old daughter began shutting down day after day, and because of her age, she wasn’t able to communicate what she was experiencing, which made it even more concerning as parents. The final straw was a Halloween incident where an employee in a dinosaur costume scared multiple children, including our 1- and 3-year-olds, to the point of genuine distress. It wasn’t handled in a way that felt appropriate for such young kids, and the impact on them was significant. Overall, the environment did not feel emotionally safe or supportive for our children, and we ultimately decided to leave. We cannot recommend this location based on our experience

  Wouldn't recommend my experience was terrible. If your looking for peace of mind and your kids being happy this isn't the place.

  Do NOT bring your children here. My child and others were being abused at this location and the teacher was just terminated for it. Management has received numerous complaints about the teacher in question by other staff and parents and let this behavior continue since as early as November 2025! This is being investigated to the fullest extent of the law as of the time you are reading this.

  My son has been going here since he was 8 weeks old! Staff is amazing, my son has learned so much sometimes we’re shocked by what he learns! I wouldn’t go anywhere else

  The team at KinderCare Ledgeview/De Pere has been amazing. We transitioned during Covid-19 and we couldn't ask for better communication and better staff. The kids feel loved, safe and as parents we feel connected to a team in a time that connection is hard. Brittney and Casey are great and having the same greeters daily has been a positive experience for our kids and us as well.
