- KRKyle Retzlaff1 day ago5.0We have had such a wonderful experience with this daycare. The team is incredibly supportive and you can truly tell how much they care about the kids and families. Since our little one started, we have seen so much growth in communication, gross motor skills, and social development. It has been really special to watch. The environment is so welcoming and the staff does a wonderful job including parents and keeping us connected to what is going on. They know us by name, take time to talk with us, and make us feel like we are part of the community. This place is truly a gem and deserves to be recognized. We feel completely comfortable sending our little one there every single day, which means everything as a parent. We are so grateful we found them.

One thing that really stands out is you can tell teachers themselves are supported and valued by management. This creates a positive environment and culture that trickles down to the kids in such a positive way. It's also clear management cares about providing high-quality care and learning opportunities. The structure of every day has really made a positive difference for our children and we know they are in a place that makes them feel safe, supported and encouraged.

Even though we have been here a short time, after going through a not so great experience at a previous child care facility, Primrose has been nothing less then extrodinary for not only their communication levels, but also the wellness of each and every child. During the walk through, I was able to witness Mrs. April jump in to a class room to console a child and not only did she know every child's name, but she showed how passionate her and the rest of the staff are in making sure all the children were happy! I would reccomend Primrose to anyone looking for a safe, educational and professional child care facility!

Even before we started, we were invited to a family event to meet the other families during Xmas time. I can tell when I pick my child up that she is so much happier than her previous experience. The communication is incredible, the teachers are all amazing, and the entire experience is night and day better from iur previous experience. Cookie Fridays are my child's favorite, and mine too 😋! Thank you Primrose for such an incredible journey for our baby girl!
