Our daughter has been going here two years now and loves the place. The teachers are amazing and make genuine relationships with the children. We get monthly updates on the lesson plans and every day videos/photos are posted to the KinderCare app that is used for the parents, and it is great to see. We will be sending our son to this place very soon.

We sent our sensitive 2.5 year old to day care for the first time after only being cared for by family members. Because of her nature and not having as much socialization (thanks, Covid), she did take a few weeks to adjust. But the director and all the staff we have met clearly are dedicated to early learning and have a heart of gold. They really made sure that the met our daughter where she was, went the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable, and have always elicited the highest confidence in us that she is having a great time at school. Our daughter frequently mentions her teachers, names all her dolls after her teachers, and loves her classmates. We have the greatest respect for the staff, which is only further reinforced by how much our daughter values and adores the staff and her time here.

My daughter had a pretty poor experience here. One day I picked up my daughter and she had a large bruise on her forehead that wasn't there when I had dropped her off. When I asked my teacher what had happened she said she hadn't noticed it and didn't know how she got it. My daughter is in that "every minor bump is a huge deal" stage and there is no way she could have hurt herself bad enough to make a huge bruise and not cried about it. Which either means the teacher(s) didn't notice a child crying because they got hurt, or the teacher didn't want me to know what had happened and lied. Neither one is acceptable to me. The food served there is pretty sad. Fruit and vegetables were always from a can, never fresh. At one point cheese was bought to the classroom to be served as snack that was spoiled. Luckily the teacher from the other classroom noticed and let the other teachers know before it was served. However, it got past the kitchen staff, which shows that things aren't being checked for freshness before being given to the children. Her classroom was frequently understaffed. It might have met the legal requirements of child to teacher ratios, but that doesn't mean it was properly staffed. Her teacher was nice enough, but also quiet, which made her unable to handle a classroom full of children by herself. This meant there was lots of issues in the classroom that were going unaddressed. They say that they are NAEYC accredited. However, as someone with a degree in Early Childhood Education who has spent a lot of time studying the requirements for accreditation through them, I noticed many things they do at the center that are not NAEYC compliant. Two months after my daughter had been unenrolled I found out that they had been continuing to charge me. There were so many other things I could go on to site, such as the constantly changing staff. In preschool classrooms toys should be rotated frequently, my daughters classroom for the most part stayed exactly the same for the 6 months she was there. My daughter hated going there, and the last few months she was there I would try and find any other place for my daughter to go while I went to work just so she didn't have to go there.
