Our boys love this daycare. The staff is great and the teachers genuinely care. They’ve helped our kids learn so much, from potty training to building an interest in reading, and they consistently reinforce what we’re working on at home.

Danielle is rude, and unprofessional and should not be in charge of handling anything with children or parents and privacy. I will be contacting corporate about the privacy laws that need to be enforced with this center. I have used the application to communicate on their website and they justified their unprofessional behaviors by stating they didn’t have a current phone number for me. My kids will not be coming back here ever again. I’m honestly traumatized by the fact that my children had only been here two weeks and had stories about the staff screaming at kids and making them cry. This center shouldn’t be open. You women are mean and mean to children and I’ve personally seen/heard it over the phone when I called.

Parents beware!!!!
My nephew has been in attendance in your facility for almost 5 years since he was 4 months old. It was a place where he formed good friendships, and the staff at the time really cared about the children and their development. Over the past year, we’ve continued to see repeated teacher turn over, lack of staffing, closures, and the new staff being bought in either does not follow what should be standard practices to keep kids safe, engage, and develop children or they frankly don’t care about their wellbeing. My concerns, and those of other parents continue to be met with animosity and contempt. Often with blame being placed on the children, rather than the adults who should be guiding and caring for them. Within the past few months it has become apparent that neglect, abuse, and inappropriate practices makes it unsafe for children to remain in this facility. No child should ever be forcibly held down to nap, an occurrence that has happened atleast twice that I am aware of with my child and never addressed in an appropriate manner. Additionally, teachers have left unsafe items within children reach such as pepper spray with toddlers, unattended children while teachers are on their cell phones or not engaging and watching the children to ensure they are safe, staff of all levels talking negatively about other kids, parents, and staff within earshot of the children and parents, and teachers using inappropriate language directly at children on occasion.
I am happy to discuss with corporate my concerns, and suggest that follow-up with other recent de-enrolled students parents be done if it has not already taken place. This was a very hard decision but the place we loved and felt was a second family for our son is no longer there, and my hope is change will be made to bring it back to a safe nurturing place for children to grow and prosper.

The teachers are very nice and always greet us even when our children have moved on to different classrooms. It is very welcoming there and the center director is always smiling and knows us by name. The classrooms are bright and open. The outside play areas provide lots of space for running and riding bikes which I love. Thank you Orchards KinderCare!

the center director was downright rude. had my 4 year old daughter at this school just over a year. my experiences we're all bad. first the center director bullied me into pain for class is that my daughter was never signed up for but accidently placed in totaling over $300 next a teacher told my daughter that boys and boys can kiss and that girls and girls can kiss and they can get married. obviously this is a sensitive subject and should not be talked about at school it is a discussion for just parents teachers are not parents. when I confronted the director and asked her why a teacher would be bringing this up with my daughter she really had nothing to say other than to tell me how to parent my daughter and tell me that it's time to discuss this with my child. she never spoke to the teacher afterwards and nothing was ever resolved. add another point 1 time that I had come to the school to pick my daughter up there were well over 20 kids on a small playground different school ages with only two teachers watching and neither of them were watching children they were doing paperwork. my most recent complaint was that my daughter told me one of her fellow classmates would spit on her and on other kids along with hit them there was never an incident report put in my folder about my daughter there was never any communication with me that this was happening to my daughter or that a child was behaving in this way. my daughter didn't want to go back to school because of the way this child acted and no one told me all side from the other problems spitting is a huge issue because it is bodily fluids come in contact with my daughter and I don't know where that other kid has been I don't know what diseases or infections that child might have and there is no protection for my baby. I will never recommend this school to any one. Waste of money and time.
