  PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT TO KNOW A FAIR AND UPDATED REVIEW OF THIS PLACE - My daughter has been going here since December 2021, she's four years old now. When I tell you we had the best experience here up until recently, I really am not fibbing you. The infant teachers are incredible, the toddler teacher is so kind and gives the kids so much power in individuality, the preschool teachers are on it with behavior checking and the pre-k room really gets them ready for kindergarten with classroom jobs, circle time, writing their name, etc. Teachers; amazing, students and parents; amazing (inviting to birthdays, came to my daughters birthday, initiating social situations). The center director that we had worked with most of the time was also amazing, she checked in with us when she knew things were tough at home, she was very understanding when certain months were tighter than others, she also put on events at the center for the community to come together. However, in the last month, a new director has come and she has made this place that we used to cherish and that our daughter grew up in, uncomfortable and sad and we had to leave. Besides the her not being understanding of situations not in our control and her ambushing us for tuition payments the second they are due, in front of our daughter (the previous director gave us lots of leniency, which we thought was normal), she would also hide in her office when it came time to talk about all of the issues. Also, the biggest issue we have had is when it came time for my daughter to pick up her things and say goodbye to teachers and friends, we told the director to please prepare these things and tell the teachers so we can make our rounds; she did not. When we came in there to say our goodbyes, the teachers had no idea and the items (like photos and artwork) were not prepared. The director hid in her office again and we had to figure out where everything was and we had to tell the teachers and kids that my daughter was leaving. She made a sad situation even worse. We had such a good experience here, we got so lucky for a daycare for so long and now that we have left, we really just have a bad taste in our mouths about KinderCare. Which is really all because of this most recent director, which is really unfortunate. Please consider this information when enrolling your child.

  My daughter attended this center for almost 2 years and LOVED it so much! Her teachers were amazing and took time to teach her and take care of her more than any previous daycare. She is 4 and would get so sad when it was the weekend cause she wanted to go to school. The director was incredibly nice and truly cares about our children and was genuine, compassionate and considerate towards the children and families. She made the preschool graduation amazing and memorable going out of her way to ensure every child was personalized and provided the most adorable pictures and gifts. Thank you from bottom of our hearts!!! We will truly miss this center! Highly recommended and we fully intend to keep in touch and be pen pals from Alaska!

  My kids have been going here for almost 3 years and everyone shows them so much love and support as they've grown. Feels Like a family taking care of them❤

  The director and Assistant Director will bold face lie about diaper changing, incident reports and teachers. I would never again trust deanna or autumn with any child.

  My son goes her and he gets hurt all the time he cracked his head open and had to get two staples in his head. We are currently looking for a new daycare.
