  BRING YOUR TODDLERS ON DOWN TO CHILDREN UNIVERSITY. WHERE THE STAFF IS MATURE AND DOES THEIR JOB AND THE KIDS ACTUALLY LEARN IN A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT.

  Worst ever! The communication between the director and Assistant director was horrible. When I first did a walk thru I explained the difficulties I was having with other day cares with my son to Dorthy. My son was having trouble with listening and controlling his temper. Which she understood, and accepted his challenges. As the time went by. I took their advice. I went to a doctor for help. Which the doctor sent me to a specialist. I had taken to him to get evaluated thru the "Child Fun". I even had a psychologist go to there day care to see what she can see what the day care was seeing. The psychologist said directly to me " He is a typical boy with a lot of energy." When i had told Dorthy that the psychologist had said that. She was in disbelief. Every time i had walked thru those doors. It was ALWAYS such a negative comment. I've told them many of times. Try saying something positive to say about my child. They made my son look like such a horrible child. 25-30 kids in a class room with 2 teachers, and 14 beds. Also always short staffed. I've probably had to miss 4-5 days of work within a week, because of it. Wow! Having to put my child next to the exit door to the play area outside is UNSAFE! I had asked a teacher there "Where are you putting my child down for nap time?" She said, and pointed directly next to the door. Also told me the reason why they were putting him there was because he was playing with the toys. Well duh! remove the toys from the shelf for the time being. What really made me upset is. They were trying to find a way to get rid of my child. Yes! he was a challenge. You accepted it! and it shows that your staff can not handle or have the patience for these kids. The kids are bored there. They need more activities. Almost 3 hour naps are crazy. 15-20 minute outside play time is crazy. My son NEVER came home happy. The teachers never interact with the kids. They sit down, and yell at them from a distance. I've heard NOTHING but bad things about this place, and i really hope no one ever takes them here. There corporate offices runs just as bad as they do. I've called a few times, and was told I would get a phone call, and never did. Poor facility.

  IF YOU'RE READING THIS YOU'RE WRONG AND YOU KNOW WHO. TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTION HERE WITH YOUR KIDS.. TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PICS AND ETC...!!! Would put nothing if possible.. In 2014 my twin 2yr olds were attending here. That same year, my son had to get the super glue stitches to his forehead, pull ups and other clothing would be missing or they'll have other kids on, and my daughter busted her lip outside playing.. This the kicker!, when bringing it up.... AT PICK UP TIME AT 4PM EVEN THOUGH IT HAPPENED AT PLAY TIME BETWEEN 10AM AND 11AM... They said my daughter stated it happened on the fence at home... 😕 Did you ask the 2 YEAR OLD.... How we didnt and still don't have a fence or being their 2 YEARS OLD and I work 2 jobs if they even get to play outside???? But when i state how i made a video of them saying bye at the daycare clearly showing no busted lip and how i had a confession on video of her stating the staff members she told, and where it happened they called CPS.. But tried to give me some coupon thing first until i said i dont want it. ULTIMATELY ITS SAD HOW I SAW THEM RECENTLY, ALL THE SAME STAFF MEMBERS INVOLVED due to their party at a park and one of my jobs rent out party equipment.. NONE OF THEM SEEMED FRIENDLY AT ALL BUT THE FACILITY MANAGER BUT NONE OF THEM ASKED ABOUT THE KIDS EVENTHOUGH ONES SUPPOSEDLY IS A FAMILY FRIEND. But their face when i saw me was PRICELESS..
