Kat's Early Learning-ECEAP

Washington State Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP). Applications are being accepted year round. We offer a free preschool program for families that qualify. We also offer wrap around child care for our ECEAP families before school through Working Connections Child Care. Meals and snacks are offered through out the day, that are monitored by the USDA Food Program. Our curriculum includes Creative Curriculum and Funshine Express. All of our Early Childhood Education services are licensed and approved by the Department of Children Youth and Families (DCYF) of Washington State.
