  My daughter started here at 4 weeks was just removed at almost 3 when we started here the staff was great most of the good teachers are gone and the assistant director I personally tried to get to fired due to the way she interacted with students when she was just a teacher then during covid she some how got promoted

  I believe most of these reviews are out dated. I have an 8 month old who has been going to this kindercare location since he was 6months old and I’m a first time mom so I’ve been super anxious and the staff has been nothing but respectful and helpful to ease my fears and worries. I call every day on my lunch break and they are more than happy to let me talk to the teachers and get an update. I never feel judged! They address my concerns with sincerity. They send me updates and pictures throughout the day and I really am happy. So big Thank you Lynda, Monique, Megan and Marissa!! And even Mrs.Nisha who my son isn’t a student for but she still knows him by name and takes him in each morning! If you’re looking for a daycare I’d call and talk to the staff yourself and you’ll see what I mean. I’m happy to say the previous reviews do not reflect the care my son has received or how I feel as a parent sending my child there.

  This center is terrible! My sister in law just moved to the area and was trying to find a decent center for her two youngest kids. Both her children do have slight behavioral issues with tantrums now and then when not getting their way. They stated that they are great in helping develop a plan to help the kids work through their emotions; that way the ways mom & dad were working with them would be reiterated at daycare during the day. Not only did they NOT do this, they would instantly call her to come get her kids not long after they'd been there. Also, her daughter was able to leave the building unnoticed TWICE! The building should be secure where a 4 year old should not be able to leave the building! This center is located on a busy road to make matters worse! When they finally said that the children could no longer attend this center they told her that the almost two weeks left in the month she'd paid for would not be refunded! That is ridiculous!! I am writing on behalf of my sister in law as she is too nice to complain but this is bulls**t!!
