- ZDZochitl DJan 12, 20215.0Going back to work after having a baby is rough, but Kindercare Sullivan and their incredible team made it a little easier. The facility was fantastic and very clean. They took extra precautionary measures with covid and it showed that they truly have the children’s best interest at heart. From the very beginning, the enrollment process Lorna, the center director was great and very helpful and Jamie, the assistance director is pretty incredible. Our experience overall was amazing. My favorite part is that they have an app where they update the daily log and send you pictures of your kid. It gives you something to look forward to. I would definitely recommend them.

I already knew they had openings for her age, but when I called the Director Lorna rushed me off the phone, saying she would see what she can do and call me back. Did she ever call me back ?.. no. I knew some of the teachers who I really like so I called back . I spoke to a different lady and scheduled an appt. finally. I then met with Lorna for the appointment . She was very rude, almost in a way that she was trying to belittle me.. I am still unsure why. I was trying to become a customer, I am a CNA with a set schedule and I needed full time child care for my sweet daughter. She asked if I was state pay and when I said yes it was as if she was purposely rushing me out . She told me I would have to apply and be approved through kindercare and then she says " Also I don't know our provider number it was just changed so hopefully DSHS knows it when you call them" . All with a very rude tone. She told me she would e-mail me the application which she never did and this was five days ago. My mother owned and ran 3 successfull Pre-schools and ChildCare Centers for the majority of my life and I must say I have never seen anything like that. I was shocked by how she treated me and after that I definitely wouldn't want my daughter under her care. It's sad because the teachers are nice, but with her it's not worth it. The Director in my opinion should not be in Child Care.
