  My son recently graduated from the infant class, and our experience so far has been positive. The facility is clean and spacious, and the staff is professional and responsive to any questions. I particularly appreciated the use of the app to track his daily schedule and view photo updates from the teachers. While no daycare can match home environment, the care here is good quality—my son was always happy to see his teachers, especially Ms. Kelly. I would recommend this location to other parents.

  I’m really happy with the professionalism and compassion that I experienced at KinderCare. While this didn’t ultimately end up being a fit for my son, it was because for personal reasons. The staff were kind, welcoming, and understanding as we worked through those challenges. It’s easy for a business to look at our situation and hold your feet to the fire. But I found that even when I might have expected challenges, they responded with grace and understanding. Going out of their way to provide assistance and ultimately leaving us with an extremely pleasant experience. For anyone looking for an affordable group care option, I would recommend that you give this a try.

  Beyond thrilled with care and stability the Ballinger Shoreline KinderCare team provides now that new leadership is in place. The Director, Jill, has a calm, stable presence based in more than 10 years of experience in early education. She provides transparent communication to families and her team, and in turn her team is empowered to communicate with families in the same way. There is a bonus Director, Macie, who has nearly 10 years of early education experience. Her happy, welcoming presence is a gift. Together they are growing an incredible team and we adore our child’s teachers. We get pictures and updates throughout the day on our child's activities, naps, meals and snacks through the KinderCare app. The facility used to be a Montessori school so the classrooms are huge. There is a giant indoor gym so kids can play in there when weather or air quality prevents them from safely being outside. There are two, outdoor play areas for different age groups. The equipment, toys and books are all new. The chef provides a wide variety of tasty, balanced meals and snacks to the point that our child prefers daycare food. I could go on and on about how much we love this daycare. Sticking with this location through the extremely rough start was the best decision we've made for our child's care because I do not want them to be anywhere else.

  My daughter had been going here since the day they opened. It is the best care she has received in the area! The PK5 teachers are the best! My daughter loves the facility and asks to hug Ms. Sondra (the director) every day before we leave. I have not felt this safe about dropping my child off in years.
