  We had an amazing experience at Wallingford KinderCare and would absolutely recommend it to any parent. Our toddler attended for about 6 months, and it was truly the best experience we could have hoped for. The environment is welcoming, organized, and clearly built around the children’s well-being and development. We were especially lucky to have Miss Binta and Miss Hodan as Elisa’s teachers. They are incredible—going above and beyond every day. Not only did they provide excellent care, but they also showed genuine love, patience, and attention during Elisa’s transition and daily routine. As parents, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such caring and capable hands. Moving her out of this daycare has been an extremely difficult and emotional decision for us—honestly one of the hardest we’ve had to face as parents (which, thankfully, says a lot about how great our experience has been). At this stage in life, we believe children should be surrounded by love, care, and patience, and we truly feel our daughter could not have found better people. We’re only leaving because we’re moving—otherwise we would have happily stayed much longer. Highly, highly recommend.

  They accuse teacher of inappropriate touching of children. They do not support the teaching staff and are constantly under staffed.and cause the teachers tons of mental health issues. Don't send your child there.

  dont appreciate how I can came to pick up my son Friday at 6:20pm and I get an incident report regarding him falling around lunch time. I was not called or notified after the fall at lunch time instead I get had a piece of paper hours later at pick up. The fact I was not notified prior to is insane and I don’t know what kind of center you guys are running there. There’s no excuse that you guys can give to explain why I wasn’t notified as soon as it happened. I took my son to Seattle children’s after pick up and they did an ct scan and the ct scan showed he has an contusion on his optic bone, which means the fall was a very hard impact to bruise the bone around his eye. They also had to do a full body scan on my son to check for any more signs of abuse or neglect. They also told me that you guys was not suppose to put him to sleep after the fail because if he had a brain bleed, he wouldn’t be able to ever wake up again. Which means my sons blood would of been on you guys hands. The failure to report is negligence on you guys behalf and I am scared for my child safety at that school and will be removing him that school in the next week or two. The fact I can’t trust you guys with my son is very disheartening.

  We started 02/05/24 and love it since Great center! The teachers are wonderful and the management team is great with communication and problem resolution. I love that my children never want to leave at the end of the day and look forward to going to school in the morning I just want to say I love it here and u guys are stuck with me forever🥰😘

  I have tried several daycare centers before, but this one truly stands out. The facility is always clean, well organized, and welcoming, which immediately gives you confidence as a parent. Safety and hygiene are clearly a top priority. The teachers and staff are exceptional — caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the children. You can tell they truly love what they do and treat every child with kindness and respect. The children feel happy, comfortable, and well supported every day. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind this center provides. When you leave your child here, you truly feel confident knowing they are safe, well cared for, and that everything is being done the right way. That feeling is priceless for any parent. Communication with families is excellent. The staff keeps parents informed about daily activities, progress, and any important updates. Another big plus is the food: the meals provided are healthy, balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, this center offers a nurturing, professional, and high-quality environment. I highly recommend this KinderCare to any family looking for reliable and excellent childcare.
