  Our daughter has been attending this center for the past 2 years, starting at 8 months in the infant room. We have had a great experience! We weathered the transition from the old MightyKidz to Kindercare, and I as I'm sure the older less positive reviews on here reflect, the transition was rough - lots of miscommunication and confusion and we felt like we were losing some of the reasons we picked this daycare to begin with (mostly little things, like organic food or Spanish classes). But! Since then, and with the addition of the right management team, I'm so much less concerned with things we "lost" in transition and so happy with things we have gained - stability in staff that are kind, involved, and truly want to make this a great facility. The curriculum is working, and the daily routine established has been great for my toddler and I've seen her grow leaps and bounds in picking up new skills, both social and developmental. The continuity in teaching staff is fantastic, which is our biggest consideration as that impacts the day-to-day routine for our daughter (and she loves her teachers!). She talks every day about each teacher she interacted with and how she is excited to see them and her friends the next day. We get daily updates and pictures through the app (more than some friends with children at different daycare centers), support on things like potty training or nap regressions. The facility is clean and modern with plenty of toys for development. The updates to the building and classrooms are a nice touch, and have made it even more welcoming! I whole-heartedly recommend Interbay KinderCare as a top-notch childcare facility and am happy we found this great fit for my family.

  We absolutely love this daycare! The teachers are warm and friendly, and the communication is fantastic. We get regular updates and pictures throughout the day, which we really appreciate. The management has also been incredibly supportive. My child has learned so much and is genuinely thriving. They're so excited to head to daycare every morning! We initially had reservations about enrolling because of the negative reviews. However, Lauren (the centre director) was very professional, understanding and honest when we discussed our concerns. She explained that most of the negative feedback was related to the transition period between MightyKidz and KinderCare and things would be very different now that her team had been brought in. Her transparency put our minds at ease, and we felt confident our child would receive excellent care, and we were absolutely right. I would definitely recommend this daycare to friends and family!

  Our daughter loves going to daycare everyday, and it takes us so long to pick her up because she is simply having such a good time with the teachers, kiddos, and toys! She is 2 years old now and beginning to tell me things, like what she ate, who she played with, what teachers are teaching her. During her pretend play time at home, I hear lots of words that she is mimicking her teachers and are all very positive. She has been going to this center (and during transition) since she is 1. Even though the change was very stressful for us, she has remained happy and joyful and there was little impact to her. Seeing her being cared for so well even during the transition has made me feel much at ease and amazed how quickly children can adapt to new teachers/situations. The playground is new and wonderful, there are lots of new toys and books in her classroom, and her teachers are so nice and welcoming, communication is fast and frequent. We are overall very happy with this center!

  As a family that stayed through the transition from MightyKidz to Kindercare, I can attest to the fact that while it was rocky and many lessons were learned, Kindercare has come out the other side stronger for it. The teachers are fantastic, the management staff on site are fantastic and the whole team is taking steps to rebuild trust with parents and re-engage in all of the community events Magnolia/Interbay has to offer kids and parents. My daughter is happy, engaged, and looks forward to every week day spent with friends and teachers. The classrooms and playground have been refreshed and there is new material circulated into classrooms regularly. There was a genuine effort to right wrongs and I would happily recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the area.

  Our child attends this KinderCare, and we’ve had a great experience so far. From day one, the staff have been welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that the teachers and leadership work hard to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for the kids. Our child is excited to go each day, and we’ve seen positive growth both socially and developmentally. The classrooms are clean, organized, and engaging, and the teachers do a great job keeping the children involved while maintaining clear routines and expectations. Communication has been a strong point as well. We feel informed and comfortable reaching out with questions, and it’s reassuring to know that the staff truly care about each child as an individual. Knowing our child is in good hands during the day gives us real peace of mind. We’re very thankful for the dedication and professionalism of everyone at this center and would confidently recommend this KinderCare to other families.
