I absolutely love this site! Currently my infant daughter attends this facility. My son attended a few years ago. Both experiences have been nothing but loving, caring, and positive for not just my kids but myself as well. My daughter is always happy to see her teachers in the morning. The communications is also fantastic! The teachers are always sending pictures and updates through the app. The teachers and administrative team are far better than any other daycare my children have attended and I would recommend this site to anyone looking for exceptional care!

My two kids have been at the North Richland KinderCare for about six months, and we’ve had a great experience! The staff is very patient, caring, and communicates well. My kids come home happy and excited to share what they learned. I feel confident knowing they’re in a safe, supportive environment every day.

When we first started daycare here 2 years ago it was great. I however want to share my experience now. We just recently left KinderCare due to the lack of responsibility this daycare has. We had 3 kids there and one of my kids is Autistic, and he’s non-verbal. After one of our favorite people left to pursue greater things for themself, the daycare its self fell DOWNHILL. My special needs boy would come home daily with unexplained marking all over his body and no one could explain where they came from so they ultimately blamed him. Blamed he was doing it to himself. I brought it to management and they told me they’d look into it and when we spoke again she blatantly blamed him for hurting himself. He had bruises between his legs, bites on his back his forearm, cuts all over his body’s etc. His behavior also worsened badly after this. He became super combative. He wasn’t as combative before he would be easily redirected. But now he fights, hits, kicks, and shoves. We believe the reason he’s become more violent because they always max out his classroom. The teacher that he initially has is awesome, but there are other teachers that just scream, snatch cups out of his hands(I’ve seen a teacher do it and gave a half ass apology), grab and pull him, hide his support stuff animal in a closet where he couldn’t see it and more. As a parent that’s not something we want to see. I don’t think this daycare is a safe center anymore. We have been away from this daycare for almost a week and all marking in my son are gone and nothing new has appeared. From 2 years ago we are completely DISSATISFIED! And do not recommend this daycare anymore! We would give negative stars if possible. This daycare is ran unprofessional, and the director Angel will make up rules for who she sees fit. She claims she loves children, but I have seen her yell at staff members to move kids around so she doesn’t have to step up and help her team. She just sits in the office 90% of the time.

Very disappointed with how our experience was. I was very nervous about sending my kids to a daycare. During bath time we saw a bite mark on my one year old daughter’s back. We were not told about our child getting bite. This was about three weeks ago and the mark is still there. It’s very concerning as a parent because the way this bite mark lasted, you know she was held and bite for a while. It bruised and scabbed. I don’t believe this teacher was in the classroom at the time. When I asked if they had camera footage of where the teacher was at this time I was ignored. The teacher said there was a moment where she kept crying and didn’t calm down? As a parent I would have checked the body to see if my child was hurt. And if the teacher was in the classroom then she would have heard my daughter screaming and seen the bite. They tried saying that the kid probably bite then ran. If it was just a quick bite then it wouldn’t have bruised and scabbed the way it did. So where was the teacher? Still today I not received a call from the director. I truly think they only wanted our money and didn’t care about the safety of my children.

If you care about the safety, well-being, and development of your child, run as far away as possible from Kindercare. This daycare, if you can even call it that, is an absolute nightmare that no child should have to endure. Prepare yourself for a tale of incompetence, neglect, and utter disappointment. From the moment I walked through the doors of Kindercare, it was clear that this place was a disaster waiting to happen. The staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and appeared to have zero training or expertise in child care. They were disinterested, inattentive, and seemed to view their job as nothing more than a paycheck. The very people entrusted with the safety and nurturing of young children showed no care or concern for their well-being. The nutritional aspect at Kindercare was nothing short of appalling. I witnessed children being served processed junk food and sugary snacks as if they were the main staple of a healthy diet. The complete disregard for proper nutrition is not only detrimental to the children's immediate well-being but also sets a poor example for their long-term health habits. It is a disgrace that a daycare entrusted with caring for children can neglect such a fundamental aspect of their development. But perhaps the most devastating aspect of my experience with Kindercare was the complete absence of any meaningful educational activities. It seemed as though the staff had no concept of the importance of early childhood education. Instead of fostering a stimulating learning environment, children were left to aimlessly wander or entertain themselves with mindless activities. Kindercare's lack of dedication to educational development is a betrayal to every parent who entrusts their child's future to them.
