  Do not go here, Andrea is a horrible director as is her superior Kathy. U can report issues and at the end of the day they side with their employees even when they are wrong. They DO NOT ID to pick up a child, nor ask for name. I've picked up my nephew before and no one said a word to me, no one asked who I was to verify. Nothing. That doesn't seem secure AT ALL, NO ONE knows me since I go once in awhile to help so u would think they would confirm I'm taking the right child and that I atleast am listed and authorized, but they don't care. Doesn't surprise since when I go in the kids are dirty, face covered in snot and the teachers chatting with each other or on their phones. There's never been anyone by the door that like monitors who comes in or out, I've never been given a code and have never needed it, cause I can just get in while some else walks in or some other parent will just open it. Recently, I saw a child get disciplined physically, and when we made eye contact, the teacher tried to play it off. A parent came in to disucc some physical discipline on their kids as well and of course nothing was done But no point in reporting it cause they don't care. STAY AWAY!

  I was dropping my 5 month old daughter this morning. As I pulled into the lot, I witnessed the Manager, Vashon, outside of the front door cursing , flipping off, and yelling at a customer as they were putting their baby into their car! I mean, it was an absolutely disgusting display from someone who is supposed to be in charge of children/infants?! I immediately pulled my phone out and filmed the entire thing. This ghetto mentality is not what I expected from someone who is supposed to watch my child while I'm at work. I will be sharing the video all over the internet. My wife works for the local news as well. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR AND I WILL BE TAKING THE PROPER ROUTES TO ENSURE THAT ACTION IS TAKEN.

  Has NO procedures ! I went for a tour. I thought it was great and i signed for a wait list sheet for both of my kids. The lady i spoke to advised me that they have the spot on nov 1st and gave their calling card with license no. Called in days ago to confirm . And their director said they did not reserve the spot bec I did not fill out forms. All of their employees should know their procedures. And its not my fault if they only give me one form. Tge director did not even acknowledge their fault nor have a solution.terrible service. Complete Waste of time.
