We had a very good experience at Kindercare Petrovitsky. Both my children went here for the past two years, and we have been through different classrooms and age groups. Every stage was a positive experience for us.
The teachers are the biggest strength of this center. They are very caring, patient, and loving with the kids. It never feels like it’s just a job for them. They really know each child, comfort them when they are upset, encourage them, and celebrate their small milestones. My children always felt happy there.
Communication with parents is also very good. We are regularly informed about how their day went, what they learned, and if there are any concerns. The classrooms are clean, well organized, and full of activities that help children grow in learning, behavior, and confidence.
We especially appreciate the balance of discipline and fun. The kids learn routines, independence, and social skills, but they also enjoy going to school every day.
As parents, leaving your child somewhere needs a lot of trust, and Kindercare Petrovitsky truly earned ours. We are very thankful to all the teachers and staff for the love, care, and support they gave our children.
Highly recommend this center to any parent

My son has been attending since he was 5 months old. He was a pretty grouchy baby and I appreciate how all the the teachers cared for him! I could trust that he was fed, changed, rested, played with, and happy at every pick up! The daily reports are also incredibly helpful for us busy parents. I would absolutely recommend this location to all. Very happy with the staff and how much they care for my little one!

My daughter has been going to kindercare since she was 3 months old. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it. Seeing the negative reviews really confuse me since the staff have been nothing but amazing and my daughter is almost 2 years old. However there is another kindercare on Petrovitsky by Benson that I have heard needs some work and wonder if this is the daycare they are talking about?
As I mentioned my daughter has been going there since she was 3 months old. Linka works with the infants and OMG she is such an angel!!!! Being a first time mom she helped me with any questions or concerns I had with my daughter and was always there for guidance for me. My daughter was always excited to see Linka and I know she was getting great care with the other staff too.
When my daughter moved up to the toddler class Monica truly made an easy transition for my daughter. I also have to say how they educate the kids is amazing. Every month they have a topic that they teach the kids for the appropriate age group. For example learning about colors and the 4 seasons for toddlers.
Lastly, several of my colleagues referred me to this location and we all love this place and can't say enough good things about it. The staff here are amazing which makes me so confused with seeing the bad reviews.

We were very disappointed in our experience for our 4 month old with the KinderCare Petrovitsky location. Based on our experience over 2 days of daycare in the infant room, we were not comfortable having our daughter return and thus we ended her time with this daycare.
The consistent theme we noticed with this KinderCare was there was a lot of uncertainty around the care babies receive. When we attempted to get more information, we were not provided with much detail from staff or center leadership. We had too many experiences over the course of two days that ultimately left us concerned for our daughter’s wellbeing at this daycare. Finally, when we let leadership know that we would not be returning, there was low effort to rectify the issues and left us feeling like “just another number.”
We share this review in the hopes that it may help other parents as they make a decision on child care for their infant. Your child’s wellbeing should never be sacrificed for the convenience of this daycare.

This daycare is a disgrace! If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. The place is unsafe and disgusting. The roof is collapsing, kids are CONSTANTLY sick, management is a joke, and they don't treat the kids well. Diaper rash was constant from them not wiping them well enough. Prescribed medication was not given as directed. Wasn't even allowed to bring a cup for water. I wouldn't recommend!! The health department as well as cps will be getting a call.
