- RNRuby NyeJun 30, 20251.0My experience with this location was not great. I called to inquire on openings, had to call multiple times just to get a tour scheduled. The day of the tour I was given an interest form to fill out by Clare, the director. I filled it out and sent it back the same day. It has been weeks since then. Every time I called to check in, Clare apologized stating there were call outs and she had been busy but would be getting me more info soon. Understandable, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and continued to be patient. Last phone call with Clare was one week ago, where she apologized again and stated I should receive something from her by the end of the day. I still have received nothing, and have decided to explore other options. I understand being busy, but this whole experience was downright unprofessional.

The staff is caring and nurturing and the curriculum really helped prepare my son for school. This is a great daycare center to consider - your child will be prioritized and taught, not just watched.

My kids are always clean and changed if have an accident or their clothes get messy. All teachers are very transparent. We continued with care through the pandemic and the center immediately put covid protocols into a effect and my child (knock on wood) has yet to get sick. I appreciate each and every employee caring for my child during these uncertain times
