The staff who work at this center feel like family to us. I can tell how much our son loves all the teachers and I take such great comfort in knowing that he’s in good hands every day. My daughter recently started in the infant room and the teachers have been so loving to her and communicative with our family. Another recent review mentioned a baby crying uncontrollably with no teacher assisting but this has never been my experience with the infant room. The staff are very attentive and engaging and patient. I am so thankful for this center and the wonderful teachers!

My little girl's home away from home!! My daughter has been a part of Redmond kindercare family since Feb 2023. It gave us immense joy to watch her grow from a shy little toddler to the confident girl she is today under the guidance of her dear teachers. All her teachers have been kind and supportive during her early developmental phase. Miss Stephanie, the centre director and Miss Ria, the acting director have always been very very kind, responsive and available to support the kids and parents. Her teachers at preschool and pre-k, especially Miss Amrita and Miss Ria have played a major role in helping my daughter's personality grow. Their dedication, consistency, genuine interest and warmth has made such a positive impact on her. All the other teachers - Gwen, Pratyusha, Jyoti, Lupe all have been equally kind, supportive and caring. As our daughter moves on to the next phase of education, Redmond Kindercare will always hold a special place in our hearts for making her very first school/daycare experience such a beautiful and memorable one.

Please avoid the center, I had a very distressing experience on the very first day of enrolling my child. He was crying uncontrollably, visibly red and in tears for hours, and no staff members were attending to him.

I've been taking my son to KinderCare centers since he first started daycare at 9mos old. After today's experience with the "acting center director", it'd take some hard convincing for me to ever go back to one of their centers again out of risk that THIS is the type of upper management staff Kindercare is choosing to hire on as staff. Things WERE going okay until corporate started doing sweeps of the centers in the area, conducting evaluations of the centers and their adherence to compliance regulations. The person who had been acting as center director was unfairly and inappropriately forced out on medical leave to basically "get her out of the way". Since the take over, the assistant center director had explained to me that upper management was putting the pressure on them about parents who checked their children out (even if only a COUPLE of minutes) past 6pm, when the center closes, and that parents would be getting charged a fine of $15 for up to the first 15min. Understandable. And admittedly, yes... A couple times a week I was habitually late at pick up by 2-5min. So fine, charge me. However, today as I was about to leave to go pick up my son, I went to start my car and the battery was dead. The jump pack that I carry in my car for just these types of situations for some reason wasn't starting my car. Since I knew that any solution to the problem was going to put me past 6pm for getting my son, I immediately called the center to let them know what was going on and that I was trying to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. The "acting center director" gets on the phone and starts telling me that she understands but it's just that staff can't stay at the center "that late". At this point, it wasn't even past 6 yet and I hadn't said anything about a time of when id be able to be there. I was trying to give them notice of the situation as soon as possible and then I planned to try to either see how soon AAA could be there or how quickly I'd be able to get an Uber. But she kept saying that they just couldn't be there "that late" which sounded to me like a threat to call CPS if I didn't get there like, NOW. I got my car started and arrived not even 10min past 6pm. Because of her incredibly rude tone and lack of ANY understanding for a situation that happens occasionally to all of us, Id already planned on not bringing my son back there. And as Im walking out of the center with my son, she says to me that she needs to speak with me for a min and why don't we go in the other room for some privacy. First of all, whys privacy necessary when I already know that anyone standing around has already been a part of whatever conversation took place before I got there so it's not as though you're going to be saying something to me that hasn't already been talked about in front of these other staff members. And second of all, "the other room" was nothing more than a separated part of the room which was completely open and only a mere 10ft away. Then she begins to tell me how that because of there being a "history" of late pick ups, that they wouldnt be able to have my son at the center anymore. Mind you, my five year old son is STANDING RIGHT THERE... I interrupted her to say, "Oh, don't worry. I didn't plan on bringing him back here again anyway." And then she has the AUDACITY to then say, "PERFECT!" It's people like you who ruin this world by holding jobs that never bring anything positive into people's lives. Shame on you. Is this because I'm Black?
