Highly recommend Primrose Redmond ! We have our one-year-old enrolled, and the staff has been incredibly welcoming, caring, and accommodating from day one. We truly feel confident knowing our baby is in good hands and surrounded by a stimulating, nurturing learning environment with plenty of engaging materials and activities.
Brand new indoor play space is spacious, and we love that they incorporate in Seattle weather. We especially appreciate the regular photos and updates throughout the day. it gives us such peace of mind.
As a busy parent of two kids meals, and even crib sheets provided and laundered is such a huge convenience. It’s one less thing to worry about, and it makes our lives so much easier. We’re very grateful to be part of the Primrose Redmond community!

Such a night and day experience compared to the previous school we took our kids to. The teachers and owners are so personable and kind and the curriculum is top notch. They are super communicative and organized which is highly appreciated. The most important thing is our kids love going to school and are happy!

Our family moved here and had a hard time searching for a school. Nothing really felt right for our children but going through big changes is hard and we were hopeful. Due to opening dates, we did end up having to place our children at another center prior to Primrose and did not have a good experience to say the least. When Primrose opened we made the switch and we're so thankful we did. The curriculum and education has been unmatched from where we were at, and I feel so much more informed of how my children are doing. Learning is really important to us and I wanted to make sure my older son was challenged since he already had a good understanding of letters and and letter sounds before we moved. In just a few months of starting Primrose, he has already begun to read and write sentences! I also appreciate the level of love and attention from not only the teachers, but the management staff and owners. There was a night my daughter did not have the best sleep and after telling the teachers when I dropped her off, I received several messages with updates and even pictures of her playing and happy. I just can't say enough good things. I really wished I had done more research into curriculum (and also safety) to avoid having to make such a big switch, but I also wonder if it was meant to work out this way.

If there were an option for zero stars I would use that. We had one of the worst experiences here and even worse was the lack of accountability from the owner and management. Stay away!

Very disappointing. I would stay far away from this place for your child. All they care about is money - subpar quality of care.
