KinderCare has truly become a second family to me. As a mother without much family support, finding a place where my daughter is genuinely cared for has meant more than I can express. From the very beginning, the entire team has shown extraordinary patience, compassion, and professionalism. My daughter has severe allergies, and the staff has handled her needs with remarkable attentiveness and consistency. Their commitment to her safety and well‑being has given me a level of peace and trust that is rare to find. Beyond the exceptional care, she has learned so much during her time here. She is talking more than ever, and she has even picked up ASL — something I never expected but deeply appreciate. Watching her grow, communicate, and thrive has been one of the greatest gifts

We had a bit of a sad experience today for our son’s very first day of daycare. He is a sweet 3.5-year-old with a speech delay, and unfortunately, he was sent home after just two hours. While we understand the staff has to keep everyone safe, it was heartbreaking to feel like he wasn't quite ready for their environment after such a short time. I know he isn't the first curious child to try opening a classroom door, but it seems the facility just wasn't the right fit for his energy level and needs today. We were really hoping for a bit more of a transition period, as he is a wonderful kid who just needs a little extra patience while he learns the ropes. We’re sharing this just to encourage more focus on the 'first-day' adjustment for little ones who are still learning.

My youngest son has been going to this Kindercare for the past three months and he has absolutely loved his time here! He had so much fun interacting with other kids and playing in the infants room! Shoutout to the infants teachers, Sarah and Sydney who did an amazing job taking care of him! Also a shoutout to the directors, Chloe and Shannon that have helped us when in need. We will miss you guys very much!

This center really cares about the kids and it shows. Teachers, the assistant director, and the director all are fun, loving, positive people who listen to the kids, make them feel important. Communication is great in person, and with the daily forms that let you know what your child did each day including activities, what they ate, how long they napped, so you can have a conversation at home about it. My granddaughter loves going here and I am at ease dropping her off, and excited to pick her up and talk about her day because I know what a positive experience she's having.

My husband and I have been more than happy with the care our children have received here. We are always greeted with a hello and sent off with a great evening. My kids feel loved and appreciated everyday. The director and teachers have gone out of their way to do special things for families. One example is when I asked if my kids could make a birthday card for their dad. I was thinking they’d just color on construction paper. The teachers and director took it a step further and gave us our kid’s hand prints and foot prints with special sayings! They have special nights for families to come see what their kids are doing. Recently, they had a valentine’s dinner where they had prepared spaghetti and cupcakes for parents to enjoy with their kids! My oldest is in their phonics classes and after a few weeks is already recognizing letters and their sounds. I have another son who was behind in speech when we started at Kindercare, I mentioned it to the director and his teacher and within in a couple of months he has been able to express himself way more than he could before. The director and teachers do so much for the parents and kids. It doesn’t feel like I am sending my kids to a daycare. I send them to school where they are loved immensely and learning something everyday.
