  My youngest has been coming for a bit and she loves it. My daughter is always so excited to come every time and is ready to learn from the amazing staff. Every time I pick her up she always talks about her amazing teachers Casey, Sapphire,Asnir and Hannah. The assistant director, Chloe and the director, Shannon are also amazing. When you walk into the center, you can fill all the good vibes that the staff gives you they’re always greeting you and very welcoming. I also love the fact that I do get updates throughout the day about my youngest and what activities they are doing. The staff is so communicative when it comes to stuff, which I really appreciate. This is the center that I truly trust, watching my daughter and teaching her.

  Shannon is AWESOME! The team here treated us AMAZINGLY! My daughter has ASD level 3 and received more patience and grace in the 2 weeks she was there, than she did at the daycare she previously attended for 3 years. Angels in disguise. Sweet and understanding and left me with kind words when we left to a smaller daycare. They made the tail end of our transition stress-less. I would recommend. Thanks again ladies! ♥️♥️♥️

  Great center, they are really trying to survive this difficult time but it is not taking away from the care they give our children. Great communication and care. I would give it a five but I have witnessed a parent making a scene multiple times demeaning the staff and they are allowing it to continue which gives the center a bad impression. Thankful for the teachers that show up and care for our kids day in and day out.

  31st Avenue Kindercare has welcomed my family into their family. Their communication is great, whenever something happens they call right away. They're helping with potty training and the stages of her young life by introducing to new adventures everyday. I enjoy the events kindercare throws for the kids. The art that the kids get to bring home is a bonus.!😀

  I was so disappointed in this daycare. My daughter came home with bite marks and one time had a huge knot on her head. The staff tried writing it down saying that she had it before she came in to cover up the fact they do not pay attention to the kids. I brought 6 change of clothes for her because she was just almost potty trained. Warned them that they needed to continue to ask her because she is 2 and still gets distracted. She came home that day with all changes of clothes peed through. Also I came in with my daughter one morning and stood there for almost 15 minutes until anyone acknowledged the fact I was dropping my daughter off. Staff is so unhappy there that they honestly seem to not care about the kids. Way to many kids in one room. I use to love this place when we started but it turned for the worst and became a place that created so many negative thoughts for me with childcare.
