I cannot recommend this facility enough! My daughter started here at 6 months and seemed to love going everyday! It was important to me that I found childcare that was safe and valued the patient parenting model, and they exceeded my expectations. The staff members are so caring and really respond well to the specific needs of every child to support them with reaching their milestones.

it is hard to say, (it feels good at first...) we started to attend this daycare half of year ago, had a month my baby kept getting sick from daycare, so we quit this daycare for 2 months then getting back in, i think it might because winter season and people got sick easy. after that my baby got a super bad diaper rash, but the paper still wrote down "changed diaper at 8am,10am..." which i do not believe it, such a BAD diaper rash would cost at least 4-5 hours no changing diapers...then after the doc diagnose he has speech delay, it probably because he didnot get interacted in daycare, then i started to watch him after putting him in daycare, and he has been alone by himself, watching others, sitting there by himself... the reason i put him in daycare is that i want him to interact with others with surroundings. after all that, i removed him from there... sorry about it, not blaming it to anyone but that is what happened to me.
Until to now, by using this daycare center, I would not trust to put my kid to any daycare, so bad.

So relieved my grandchildren are no longer attending this place. My grandson had a daycare teacher who had no patience to deal with common toddler aged behavior. He's been out of this place for a week now and see a huge difference in all around well being. Grateful for daycare teachers who actually love their job and take the time to understand a toddlers behavior.

I highly recommend The Learning Ladder to anyone seeking child care.
My 9-month old son has been attending The Learning Ladder for the past 6-ish months and we love it! I know he is well taken care of here and trust his teachers fully.
Each time we enter the facility, he is all smiles and is clearly very excited to going to "school." They are excellent when it comes to parent communications, COVID-19 precautions, and child safety.
My son comes home nearly daily now having learned something new. Whether it is something as small as a new sound to babble or something as major as "scooting" across the room (not yet crawling), it is clear that he is getting the attention he needs and the socialization that is required for all growing kiddos.
The tuition prices are also very competitive with other daycare companies in the area (and well worth the money)!
Again, I highly recommend he Learning Ladder to anyone seeking child care.
