  Our experience with KinderCare Mill Creek has been truly exceptional. My son was born during COVID and is naturally shy, which made finding the right daycare very stressful for us. Before coming here, we tried two other daycares in the area and unfortunately had very difficult experiences. It was affecting my ability to work and, as a mom, I was devastated trying to find the right place where my son would feel safe and cared for. Another mom who had been in a similar situation recommended KinderCare Mill Creek, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, the teachers showed genuine care and love for my son. They were patient, attentive, and really took the time to help him adjust. Within just a few weeks, he went from being anxious about daycare to actually loving going every day. Since Director Brittany joined, the center has become even more impressive. She has brought great structure, organization, and discipline to the program, and you can truly see the positive impact across the center. It feels like the daycare is continuing to grow and reach the next level under her leadership. Not only did my son gain confidence and make many friends, but he also learned so much during his time there. He started reading, developed important social skills, and was even potty trained with their support. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at KinderCare Mill Creek. If you are looking for a daycare where teachers genuinely care about your child’s well-being and development, I highly recommend this center to any parent.

  My child goes here and she loves it! No reason to complain, super patient teacher at toddler classroom. I am at ease when my child is at center. Lots of learning activities and playtime. average food but great care. My child do get sick but she have build a great immune system after going here and fight her sickness back.

  Our child attended KinderCare here for almost two years. When he first started there we really enjoyed it. His teachers had been there for a while and had a great rapport with him. It didn't take long before the turnover started. Once he moved into the toddler class, it was noticeable that the rooms are disorganized, chaotic, and ill prepared. My wife would occasionally have to stay in the room in the morning because there wasn't enough teacher coverage for the required ratio. I won't get too petty, but to summarize some of the smaller details, it was dirty under the furniture and equipment, the teachers didn't often know how his day went because they were cycled through the room, and his daily report often consisted of a book he read or a song his sang...a far cry of an actual daily report. Recently, the turnover has gotten to be more significant. We tried to stick with it, but some of the teachers seemed to be overworked and tired. Diapers wouldn't get changed, papers wouldn't get filled out, etc. However, the straw that broke the camels back was when we were informed that our son, and a female classmate of his were found by another parent in the parking lot (they're two years old). On top of that, they hid all of this from us. We found out about a week after the fact. The district manager and the director both knew about it, and punished the kind soul that told us. I understand missed communication, but this is disrespectful and dangerous. If they were willing to hide this from the parents and punish the good people, it makes you wonder if there are other things they've hidden. I can't stress it enough that I would be extremely cautious about sending your kids here.
