My son has been attending here for over a year now, and I could not be happier with my decision to send him to this location. I honestly have to say, the first director that was there was not my favorite, but the new director, Emily, is fantastic. She is so friendly, responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about the kids and parents at the center. She creates a great environment and I trust her with the health and safety of my child while I am at work. We also LOVE Ms. Amelia, Ms. Tayesh, Mr. Connor, and the Ms. Katies. This is a great team of teachers. I cannot say enough great things about them. They have been great and I am very happy I chose Mill Creek Kindercare.

My son got hurt few times at school and did not get good attention. They argued with their tuitions with you, everything are correct on their side. I think that is the reason they got less star review. the tuition we paid is not worth with their job.

I Have three young boys that are currently enrolled at this facility, ages 7, 5 & 19 months old. It's been nearly 8 months that I've been taking them here, and I'm extremely satisfied with the service and care that they provide. In effort to present this review in full color, I'd also like to take a moment to share that our family isn't perfect. I know, right? I'm just as shocked by this as you are ;) I certainly have a tendency to be a bit scattered at times, and on a occasion my boys have had a few struggles with their ability to manage their emotions. I am very pleased to report, despite the challenges we offer, the staff has handled our family incredibly well. They've been patient, understanding and extremely supportive. I am truly grateful for their exemplary effort, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for place that provides quality childcare.
