  Most abusive and neglectful daycare I've ever experienced. They do not care about your children. They care about the money. If you upset them, they will take it out on your baby when you are gone! They refused to let my child use the bathroom because "it was outside time", causing her to soil herself infront of everyone. They forced my child to sleep on her stomach even though she was crying in pain and it went on for months no matter how many times I asked for it to stop. I finally reported the daycare to dcyf for child neglect with many other incidents that were occurring. After that, they forced my daughter to sleep in a corner on a room on a cot by herself away from all the other kids and she had to lay on her side facing a black couch with her back to the rest of the class. They then retaliated and put in a false cps report because someone knew how to properly report a daycare to higher ups and they think they can get away with it because they have no consequences and people just leave with their kids, allowing this daycare to continue getting away with child neglect. Please report them to DCYF if you have experienced anything harmful to your child from this daycare. I would highly suggest any other daycare than any of the kindercares. The olympia one is no better.

  Great communication and very patient with my duaghter who cries when being separated. The teacher does angreat job comforting her as soon as I get there. The director always messages back and knows all the kids.

  These people do not care about your children, I urge you not to let them go here. It’s not cleanly, the staff are incompetent, horrible attitudes, and it is poorly ran. Do not let their pictures fool you.

  Our daughter received excellent care during her time at KinderCare. Her classroom teachers were extremely communicative and she felt very safe and happy there. Linda and Jami were excellent as director and assistant director with keeping parents up to date.

  Do not recommend this daycare. Jammie is very rude and unpleasant to talk to and when expressing my concerns to the Director Linda, there was just excuses on the concerns I had in my child’s classroom. There is no daily schedule that is throughly followed through. The classroom was so unorganized and chaos all day everyday. I’m very happy with the decision of pulling my daughter out and she’s is now thriving at a new school.
