  My child has been going here for 4 years, since she was 4 months old. We love this place! Every classroom she's been in has been wonderful, and the teachers are very knowledgeable. I appreciate the daily updates and photos, and the art projects they do with the kids are so cute (we have a collection of special holiday crafts that we'll keep forever). I know my child is loved and cared for here. She's starting kindergarten in the fall, and honestly I'm a little sad she won't be seeing her favorite teachers every day. Thank you Panther Lake for everything!

  The enrollment process has been very smooth and efficient. Thank you to the daycare team at the panther lake location. I was referred to this Kindercare by a friend who’s son has gone to this location for years and the whole team is very friendly and patient to our little ones. So thank you.

  My son used to attend here and it was awful. He would come home with multiple bite marks regularly and yet was always the one getting in trouble for biting other children. His direct teacher was the sweetest and loved my son, but they are extremely understaffed and all the employees there were always complaining about management. I understood because the director here was SO RUDE and of no help. There was also an older lady who worked here who i would notice yellling at some of the older children. They would call me at least once a week to come pick up my son for "behaviorial issues". I finally pulled him out one day because I was sick of it. It was so stressful i would cry every week ans my son was clearly not happy there. Management still tried to make me pay for another 2 weeks but I was able to call corporate and get it taken care of. Since my son has been at his new daycare he has been noticeably happier with no issues whatsoever. This is a business that doesnt care about your child! I regret bringing my child there and feel so much guilt for allowing him to be there as long as he was (about a year). I highly recommend taking your child anywhere else

  I walk my dog at the closed school behind this facility and am often there when the kids from this Kindercare are playing outside. I have been appalled at the way I've heard a teacher (same one again and again) yelling at the kids. And not just on one occasion. I don't think I have EVER written a negative review for a business, but as a Mom, and as someone that has spent more than 20 years working in the childcare industry, I would think twice about enrolling my kids here. Or at the very least, make an unscheduled visit and see things for yourself.

  Loved this Kindercare. They offered my 2 year old a free day to see how he would adjust before actually enrolling. He and his brother will definitely be enrolling!
