  There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is! My son has been at East Hill Kindercare for almost 2 years and we have really enjoyed the experience. Ms. Abby (Director) is always there for parents and you can tell that she loves being in the class with kids too! She is just amazing! All the teachers have also been a blessing in my son’s life. He comes home talking about them all the time. As a mom, the most important thing for me is to see my child happy and enjoying his time at school, and I can say for sure he gets that everyday! He has also learned so many life skills, communication and academics! Our family loves this place and its AMAZING team!

  My time here at this Kindercare has been nothing short of amazing. I have 2 children that currently go here and I have been beyond amazed with the communication and care that goes into my kids. As any parent knows, finding a daycare provider is all about finding that right fit. Your daycare provider is basically your child's parent away from home. The entire staff is all about making sure your children are happy, always smiling, educated and well taken care of. Nan Tate is the director of the daycare and is so amazing at making sure this location runs smoothly and making sure her staff treats these kids with the upmost care and gives them the education that they need. Sabrina also works right next to Nan and Sabrina has the most kind and caring heart I have ever seen in a person. There is not a day that goes by without her making sure to put a smile on everyone's face, she even goes out of her way to find out more about how the parents are doing and what she can do to make life easier on the parents. My 3 year old has been diagnosed with autism and is everything short from being an easy child to deal with. They have gone out of their way to help problem solve and find the absolute best solutions for him. My sons teacher her name is Jayden. She is in the toddler room. She is fully aware of the challenges that my son faces on a day to day basis. two days ago she went out of her way to have a personalized conversation with me to see what kind of techniques work for me and dealing with my son at home, asked me how she could be a better help to his education and care, she also communicated to me with things that she is doing with my son that are helping him to succeed day to day under her care. When I left there after my conversation with Jayden-the toddler teacher, I started crying. Crying with tears of joy that my children are being treated with nothing but love and care. As we all know, it take a VILLAGE to raise a child. Well this kindercare is MY village. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone because the staff here are nothing but amazing and have became basically my childrens second family. Thank you East Hill Kindercare !!

  Beyond amazing. I cannot even begin to express the love and gratitude I have for every single teacher here at this daycare and the love I have for the director Sabrina. From the very beginning she listened to my concerns and my struggles and constantly finds ways to help me out. I’m a single mom but don’t qualify for state help. And this year has been tough for me being in and out of the hospital. Every time I had a hard time paying she’s always there to listen and find a way to help me out. She’s never let me down. The teachers have always showed nothing but affection for my daughter and every day my daughter comes home excited to tell me about her day and all the things she learned. I’m so glad I chose this facility!

  I initially really enjoyed my son being enrolled in this center but due to way too high turnover rate of teachers and a center director who claims to care but really just is super dismissive and almost defensive when it comes to addressing concerns that quickly changed. Especially when it comes to kids who are having issues. I absolutely loved his teachers and so did my son. He grew to love them deeply. But in the end he was disenrolled because she (CD) didn’t know what to do to help him (her words. Not mine) she set us up to have him evaluated, and when we met with a behavior therapist as well as the school board, they saw no abnormal issues, only a typical 3 year old who has been thru a lot of change and needed more structure/challenge. A lot of which I think had to do with their high turnover rate as well as their inconsistency and lack of communication between the teachers. His new daycare has managed to do for him in 1 week what KinderCare couldn’t do in 9 months. Also, I work with a girl who just quit the Panther Lake location and she says that everyone pretty much doesn’t know what they are doing anyway and the teachers don’t really pay attention to the kids, which I already kinda figured by what went on. There are so many other daycares that will genuinely and honestly care for your child. And they cost less. Just saying
