  I wouldn’t even give a one star rating, went in for a tour and highly disappointed in seeing how the teachers managed the classroom and how disgusting it was. There wasn’t a single inch clean in the center. When asked important question about an early achievers rating the “assistant” director couldn’t even answer a simple question. Following up with excuses, the “good” ratings about this center is what lead to me to try to reach out and check it out. Please don’t believe this is a 4 star rated childcare center. Stay clear of this center, so many state regulations were violated through out the tour that is was noticeable. Watched a book shelf fall on a child while talking to the person in charge and the teacher in there had no clue what was happening until I pointed it out. I wouldn’t trust these people with my child’s life. They hire anybody off the street it looks like and throws them into a classroom.

  My kids are happy at this daycare! Mrs. Heaven has been a fantastic teacher to my daughter.

  THIS FACILITY IS THE BEST KINDERCARE IN THE GLOBE! I WAS SO BLOWN AWAY BY THE CLEANESS,FREINDLIEST, REALIST,SO RELAXED AND WELL BEHAVED CHILDREN I HAVE EVERY WALKED INTO. I KNEW AT THAT VERY MOMNENT THAT THIS LOCATION WAS IN FACET THE BEST YET AND IT WAS MY VERY FIRST PICK AND WOULD BE MY LAST! i WOULDNT WANT MY DAUGHTER GOING ANY OTHER PLACE BUT HERE!FROM THE TIME I DROPPED HER OFF THE FIRST DAY, UNTIL NOW...PRESENT, OUR DAUGHTER HAS GROWN SO INDEPENDENT THE WAY SHE EATS, TALKS,COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ESPECIALLY BEING AROUND OTHER TODDLERA HER AGE HAS PUT AN ABSOLUTE SHOCK ON MY FACE!IM SO PROUD AND SEE HER GROWTH DAILY THE WAY THAT THEY SPEAK TO HER AND OTHER KIDS AT THIS FACILITY MAKES ME SO COMFORTABLE THAT WHEN IM AWAY I WONT HAVE ANY DOUBT TO HAVE A TAD BIT OF WORRY! I TOTALLY TRUST SURELY THAT OUR CHILDREN ARE EXCELLENTLY WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND I LOVE HOW MUCH ATTENTION WITH EACH SPECIFIC CHILD WHICH IS DIFFERENT, THEY ARE STILL TAUGHT AND SPECIAL AND SHOWN EACH THEIR OWN WAY!   I hadn't needed daycare for over 30years, however due to life's circumstance I found my self needing a daycare. I took my great niece to the 1st Ave Center in Federal Way. My niece had experienced a lot of life changes and had never been in daycare. Every morning for the first 3 months she didn't cry oh no she screamed I would stay to try and comfort her because I was afraid they would say the couldn't handle her I would call the center during the day to make sure she had been able to calm down. Ms. Jalessha assured me things would be fine well after thing hadn't improved after a few weeks I found myself staying at the center longer in the morning to try and comfort her. Ms Victoria told me to just drop give her a hug and kiss and let her know when I was returning and my niece would be fine.. after her third birthday she was moved to Ms.Shelly's class and that's when I saw her behaviors turn around she became more expressive the crying in the mornings decreased and did I mention we managed to work together to get her potty trained. Now instead of crying in the mornings she cries at the end of the day when it's time to go home. I can't believe how loving and caring these young ladies are. My only wish is that every child in daycare were loved and cared for by people like Ms. Jaleesa, Ms Nicole, Ms, Shelly, Ms, Victoria, Ms, Makaylah (wrong spelling I'm sure). These lady deserve all the recognition in the world I can never thank them enough for the love and care they give to my niece Sharon Stephens
