  I cannot recommend anyone bring their child here. We had to have our child removed from their care multiple times due to "loose stools" To the point where we had to get his stool examined by medical professionals. We were told his stools were normal and that he is healthy and presented a letter to the Kinder team. Which wasn't enough because we still got reported his stools were loose and had to take him home from care. The worst part about all of this is that they lied or reporting on one of his bowel movements, saying he had repeated loose watery stools. They provided pictures of the first one and reported that he had another one within the same hour and showed a picture of the same diaper. We also had this confirmed with an former employee that they reported the same diaper twice so that we would have to come get him due to diarrhea. It seems like their main goal is to come up with any excuse of you having to pick your child up from their care. My main gripe is that they clearly lied to us about a bowel moment, and if they can so easily lie about that who knows what else they could be lying about.

  My 5 year old neice has been going to your day care for 7 months now & always tells how she enjoys socializing with her teachers & her classmates. She always loves how fresh the food is & says the cook makes great food. The staff always treats my neice with great respect & she can't get enough of it. The place has great establishment. The place is always nice, clean & organized. The staff are also very generous & kind to the parents & always make us feel welcom with open arms.. I would recommend this place to all parents with little ones. Thank you for everything & for making it fun for my neice.

  My kiddos really love the staff there. They are loving and kind and always make him feel welcome and special. They are attentive, clean, and all around wonderful. They guide the little ones everyday with new activities and ways to challenge and have fun with brain development. Keek and Kae love it there!!

  I only give this location one star for the teachers. My son escaped thru the front door to the buses and I was never told. Sad thing is the director didn't recall this issue yet it was told to her. No call was ever made to me but I was later told by a teacher that was let go. My son was always constantly thirsty when I picked him up. When I went to voice my complaint to corporate nothing happened. I later had to contact CPS and licensing. The ratios are always over and the teacher are beyond overwhelmed. Think of this location that wants their facility to be filled to make number but corporate ignores the complaint us parent make regarding our kids. One of the last things I wasn't happy with. When I contacted Corporate I spoke to Emily Rose Supervisor. She has asked so what do you want me to do about this to make you happy? That is when I realized Corporate wasn't taking this issue serious. That is when I contact CPS an Licensing. Be careful cause rumor of that facility is the director and her supervisor are friends. So when you make a complaint don't make it to KinderCare Corporate. Take is higher outside of that location.
