  I put mu son in kindergarten since he was 2 years old and he has been there for 3 years he loves there.

  I would never recommend this location to a family member or a friend. The director and teachers are unprofessional, avoidant, and truly don’t care. My son got bit 3 times in one day and I came home to the shock of bruises on my child body. When I called the location to figure out what happened it took the staff days to respond to me. It took 10 days for the director to set up a meeting with me and through it all the failed to file an incident report. I sent him back in hopes that it would have to get better and immediately I was regretfully wrong. I got pictures of my son sad and crying rather than comforting my toddler they told me that they were difficult and they insinuated that they have autism. I was shocked that they would deflect their lack of compassion and push it onto a toddler trying to express that they were sad. I left with my child and never went back. It took my child’s bruises 8 days to heal they were bit that hard. I send this in hope that parents would reconsider before sending their child to this location and in hopes for the staff to change or have proper training for present and future students sake.

  My 4 year old has enjoyed his time spent at Penny Creek Kindercare. He loves his teachers Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Natasha. And I really appreciate and like the program director Ms. Janina and Mr. John. They have always been so friendly and so accommodating to our needs. I would recommend this school. We will miss them when we start Kindergarten in the Fall. Thanks for everything Kindercare!

  This is the best KinderCare in the area. I've heard some concerns from parents that have their kids at some of the other ones and I can only say that this KinderCare is top-tier. Janina, the center's director not only knows every child's name but she also makes it a point to know every parents name as well. The teachers are engaged in the students learning and they make sure they follow your instructions if there is any sort of special medical treatment needed. I can tell you first-hand that my daughter requires some extra precautions and her infant teacher became an advocate for her, and Janina made sure every teacher in the center new what those were in case any of them we're in the room to fill in for the teacher. They offer wonderful extra programs such as phonics which is skyrocketed my son's ability to understand letters but also sounds of the letters and is starting to put words together. There's also a music program that explores instruments, sounds, dance, and just the enjoyment of music. Although I wish all of those were included I have not found a center that even offer them at an affordable rate. They also offer sibling discounts and before and after care two nearby schools. In case you're wondering I've recommended over three people to the center, all of which enroll their kids.
