  I cannot say enough good things about the staff and program at Bothell KinderCare. Everyone there is super friendly and they get to know you and your children quickly with teachers not even assigned to your children knowing their names and asking about them. My older child cannot wait to see Mr. Bevin every day and learn what fun activities he has planned. Mr. Bevin has been an amazing partner for the tough toddler years and all they entail, providing a useful perspective and advice on the various situations we have encountered. Ms. Ann (the lead teacher) and Ms. Dee in the infant room are incredible with my younger child. My baby adores both teachers! Both are great at keeping me updated on my baby’s day and Ms. Ann does an excellent job of tracking the developmental milestones we are working towards. Compliments to Ms. Juliet and Ms. Soory for the positive and happy environment they have created for the kids and ensuring parents feel supported. Ms. Juliet is on top of everything and is very approachable and easy to talk to. Ms. Soory even gave me a lift to pick up a spare key when I lost my car key and couldn't drive! Talk about a childcare center that goes above and beyond!

  We had a wonderful first experience at this daycare, Today was my 4-year-old daughter’s first day, and everything went better than I could have imagined. The director and all the teachers are incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They made both me and my daughter feel comfortable right away. My daughter came home happy and excited, which means a lot to me as a father. I truly appreciate the caring and positive environment they provide. Highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a safe, friendly, and professional daycare.

  We have been part of the Bothell KinderCare family for years, and I can’t recommend them enough. My son attended from the time he was 6 months old until he was 5, and now my 19-month-old daughter is following in his footsteps! The leadership team, Juliet and Sooreh, run an incredibly tight ship. The center is organized, the schedules are consistent, and the kids are always engaged. I especially love how they celebrate diversity—there are always fun theme days and cultural events every month, like Diwali and Chinese New Year, which makes the environment feel so inclusive. We are particularly thrilled with my daughter’s current teacher, Ms. Natasha. She is such a great communicator; we love getting the frequent photos and videos throughout the day, and she’s always so helpful with the practical stuff, like letting us know when we’re low on diapers or extra clothes. It’s also such a treat to see her at drop-off and pick-up. Her genuine excitement when she tells us about our daughter’s day really makes our own day. We feel so lucky to have her!

  My son has been here for Pre-school and pre-K - he loves the place, his teachers, and friends. The teachers show genuine care for the kids and they adore them. The center director Juliet runs a well oiled machine and is very prompt with communication and ensuring that kids are cared for. I like that there is no TV in the center, which means that kids play together and do activities that do not involve screen time.

  My daughter started with Kindercare in April 2019 and is now 16 months. I love her going to her teachers arms every day I drop her at the center. I expressed some of my concerns to the new director Jessica and I am glad to see the changes she made quickly incorporating my feed back including adding a late evening snack, ensuring proper and consistent care through out the day, maintaining cleanliness in the play area.
