- TLTina LeAug 29, 20251.0- very high teacher turnover - I saw a teacher very roughly putting a toddler in his chair which I reported to the director. - sent home a candy bar with nuts to my son who had a severe allergic reaction (they have his allergies on file) - for kids with allergies, I found out my son was having canned pears and cucumbers for lunch without any protein offered which is unacceptable - hallway carpet is very dirty + classrooms are clean + some of the teachers are great like Ms. Becca but most others were just there to babysit and didn’t seem to care too much. The kids treated the teachers like friends instead of grownups that they should respect. Overall, I would not put my child here unless he’s able to fend for himself. Even then, there are better options out there.

Ms. Gitta and her staff have been wonderful and so supportive towards the growth of my toddler. We didn’t have the best experience w the childcare prior and Lakemont Academy has been a fresh of breath air for my family. We truly trust the staff and their expertise. My daughter will def be finishing her preschooling here. Def recommend!

Miss Vibi and other teachers are also very kind and caring. Ryan my son is always excited for going to the academy to spend time with his teachers and classmates. I can clearly see the improvements in Ryan’s social behavior, english proficiency and cognitive development since he started going to academy six month ago.

We were searching for a more intimate experience where we could personally get to know the site director and the care teachers. Lakemont Academy has surpassed all expectations. We just adore Miss Gitta, Vibi, and all the care providers. Our son lights up when he sees Miss Gitta. It’s the little things, too. They leave out informative flyers on appropriate shoe wear for the summer, and always have open communication. We appreciate the staff so much and could not imagine a better place for our little one.
