  From the time we went to Chesterbrook Academy in Woodbridge for a tour, we were very impressed by the reception we received from Mrs. Kristen and Mrs. Lina. The other teachers around were also very friendly and everyone greeted us. We felt welcomed and knew it would be the best preschool for our daughter. She started in Mrs. Wahidi's class and she was able to make our daughter feel comfortable and welcomed in her new environment. Within the first week our daughter was already accustomed to the new routine. Mrs. Wahidi held our daughter's hand and she was able to build confidence to interact with the other kids and participate in class activities. I had a personal issue last year and had to travel out of the country for a while, but I knew our daughter was in good hands. The pictures, videos and daily reports really kept me up to date with the daily activities and it was great to see my daughter. Our daughter then moved to Mrs. Queen's class and she continued thriving. This year our daughter joined Mrs. Lauryn and Mrs. Monica's class and it's been another wonderful experience. They have made her confidence shine even more and she even got fully toilet trained, which we were so grateful for. They are wonderful teachers. The classmates are so adorable, they love each other so much and they look out for each other. We love the parent involvement in various activities and our highlights were the Red Carpet Walk wearing the letters, the Thanksgiving Dinner and the Christmas Carols. Mrs. Queen was also great with the kids as Santa Claus in conjunction with the other teachers. They were so well taught by their class teachers that they knew all the words to their songs. Mrs. Azuri is also wonderful and always greets us cheerfully. We've had a wonderful experience at the school and we would highly recommend parents looking for a preschool to take their children to Chesterbrook Academy in Woodbridge!

  I can’t say enough about Chesterbrook Academy Lake Ridge! It’s an amazing place to bring your kids and had both of my girls there from young ages. One started when she was 2 turning 3 and the other at 8 months old. It was important for me to find a daycare that had a great curriculum for my children truly thrive and learn. Safety is also a huge concern and I have no worries once I drop them off, communication is amazing. How Kristen (Principal) and Lina (Vice Principal) run this school you can rest assured your child will receive everything they need. My girls truly are loved by their teachers and it shows in many ways!

  We have been with Chesterbrook for two years. Everyone there cares so much about the kids. We love Ms. Yvette ,Ms. Queen, Lina and Kristen just to name a few. Ms Yvette works with the littles. She made potty training a breeze. She is so thoughtful and always has a big smile to greet each child.. Ms. Queen is working on site words with the 4 yr olds. She adds music to learning and the kids love to dance with her. Lina and Kristen are always willing to help in any way. Everyone is polite and professional.

  Ms. Yvette and Ms. Jeanette have been absolutely wonderful teachers for my daughter! From day one, they have created such a warm and nurturing environment, making her feel completely comfortable and at home. It’s amazing to see how much she has learned and grown socially under their care. In just a few months, my 18 month old has learned how to recognize everyday common items. On top of that, their support with potty training has been incredible, helping to make the process so much smoother. I truly appreciate the love and dedication they put into their work every day with these little ones. I couldn’t ask for better teachers for my child!

  I love the staff and atmosphere of Chesterbrook Academy Woodbridge! The principal Ms. Regina and office manager Ms. Johanna are super friendly and always greet you as soon as you walk in! I sent my now 6 year old to Chesterbrook after she was born and I loved her experience so much that I there was no question in my mind about where to take my new baby girl! My 6 year old had a great experience at Chesterbrook and was ready for kindergarten because of the awesome staff and their wonderful curriculum. My 11 month old loves going to daycare everyday and the staff is wonderful with her! There are also a lot of the same staff members there and many have been there for years! I know that this does not happen at a lot of daycares/preschools. I would recommend this school to anyone in the need of childcare or early childhood education from 6 weeks to pre-k! You won't regret your decision!
