Before you decided to let them taking care of your precious, talking to the rude and ignorant director, asking about the high-turnover rate of staff, actually going there to smell the smelly hallway. And thinking about why you are long waitlisted in other places, but this place is asking you to have a tour and promise to waive your registration fee. Fancy facility, VERY poor management and LOW people. Response to the owner's reply: If it is like what you said here, you are eagerly to answer question and so care about in resolving the concerns, why haven't you reply the complain email? ignore the real concern but replying review here one by one. funny. Save your time and be sincere real to take care your customer's concern NOT FAKING here. Response again: You did not reply anyone's. Period. It does not matter whose name on it. Please don't reply.
