My pre-schooler has been going here for more than a year now and the director, assistant director, and all the teachers and staff are so caring. My 4-year-old loves going to school here, and we have been amazed at how much she is learning - she can write all of the letters and count to more than 20, and that was before she even moved up to the 4’s class. The staff are extremely communicative and our entire family loves to see the pictures and updates throughout the day on the app. They also do a wonderful job of planning lots of fun activities for the kids, such as a petting zoo and pony rides recently - my daughter is still talking about how fun that was. Thank you West Springfield Kindercare for providing a safe and educational environment for my little one!

I’m very grateful that my daughter is able to be surrounded by such caring individuals, helping her and her classmates grow and learn all together. Teachers and management make effort to bond with the kids. Bibi is wonderful and many of the kids love her. My kids went from being shy and quiet to social chatterboxes. The teachers were with me every milestone journey. The center is responsive to constructive criticism and they address issues quickly. The parents are nice too. We’ve been invited to several birthdays and it’s nice to know who your kids are making friends with. Also, it’s a community/comrade kind of vibe whenever the parents and kids get together outside of the Kindercare. It is a place of opportunity.

The Director is extremely responsive and quick to remedy any situation. The assistant director is love by all. My son loves her so much, he always wants to take her on vacation with us. His teachers are very kind and supportive. He has learned so much for their daily lessons. This is a smaller Kindercare which is to each parent's advantage. No child goes unnoticed. No child goes uncared for.
