  We have been sending our child to this KinderCare location for a little over a year. The staff and teachers are all friendly and caring, have been very prompt to answer questions or provide me with feedback, and are accommodating. The hours are incredibly convenient. The only reduction in stars is because the center itself could be a little better organized - we sometimes receive communications about things like parties or theme days a little last minute, and have occasionally received the wrong message (no other kids' or families' details were shared, so no confidentiality concerns -- just messaging about needing forms when we did/did not need to provide a form). That being said, when there is something of note to communicate -- closings, weather delays, if someone is out of the office -- the communication is timely. I am grateful for the love and attention they give my child and am very happy with the quality of care.

  The staff and facilities are fantastic! Our daughter loves her teachers and the friends she has made. The teachers made our daughter feel welcome the very first day and often times our daughter does not want to go home because she is having so much fun.

  My three year old was in a bad situation at her old school. Ms. Jackie and Ms Linda were an absolute Godsend! I was so thrilled to find an opening in their program and I've been completely satisfied since. I highly recommend this school for your child's safety, academic progress, and anything else you might want.
